Finally ported my sim from @Airtel_Presence to another Telecom Service Provider. Airtel is prvdng wrst srvcs in Shimla. Waited for more than 8 mnths on Airtel's fake assurances and fake deadlines to solve requests. On ground Airtel's concerned teams did nothing. @airtelindia

I am planning to quit @airtelindia and getting this msg. outstanding is understood..but what are my contractual obligations @airtelindia UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)Payments outstanding. (2)There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider.
