    @airtelindia @VittalGopal Airtel is really a harassing company . They don't give solution and when you ask for porting code they simply say that you have to wait for 3 months .1 week previously I have ported my jio no to airtel. After 2 days I am facing call dropping issue

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I'm trying to activate my Amazon Subscription offer but yet again it seems that the Airtel Thanks app is of no use!! And calling the customer service is a futile effort. Please see this and connect me to a human who can solve this issue #airtelThanks

    Absolutely horrendous customer Services by @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia . Unable to reach them on phone. No reply to mail. Twitter query unresolved for 10 days. Absolutely worthless. Will shift as soon as possible. #worthless

    Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have taken your fiber broadband services just day before yesterday and the moment your technician installed the same after few hours it got disconnected and same has not been resolved yet. Could you please help me out of this.

    @airtelindia Hi Airtel, I have raised a concern regarding transaction failure refund issue, still no proper response from your end. I have send multiple emails, connecting with customer care and raised a complaint in Airtel Thanks App. It's already a month still no refund received

    @airtelindia your representative ignored me for 5 times on call and then he said that the network is not available in the area. Surprisingly nearby person is using your facility. I m Airtel love since years but this incident made me feel v much insulted.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Wrng info givn by #Airtel exec fr instaling new broadband (postpaid+broadband=1098) He told 1st mnth & instalxn r free, bt pay 1180 to start, dats adjusted in nxt bil Latst bil ws fr 334. App complant,nodal officer mail & airtel galery didn't help

    @airtelindia iOS 16.2, beta3- Airtel 5g tested in India and found some network problems with iPhone 14, when no 5g available it’s not transfer back to 4g, showing (E) all the time. I hope apple will fix it in the official version
