    Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have taken your fiber broadband services just day before yesterday and the moment your technician installed the same after few hours it got disconnected and same has not been resolved yet. Could you please help me out of this.

    @airtelindia @VittalGopal Airtel is really a harassing company . They don't give solution and when you ask for porting code they simply say that you have to wait for 3 months .1 week previously I have ported my jio no to airtel. After 2 days I am facing call dropping issue

    airtel store is not converting my postpaid sim to prepaid they are forceing me to use at least 120days to convert please help me in this @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Airtel black is one of the worst services. I was committed by Airtel telecaller on 21st Nov 22 2 Postpaid n 1 dth will be in Rs798 plan but almost a month and my wife's number is not added till date. Even nodal officer not responding. Shame..

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I didn't get any response . When I checked with customer care they are saying the airtel dish doesn't stand for cyclone and will get affected and I need to pay 150 if it happens again . Would like to understand the standard of the airtel dish @VittalGopal
