    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Worst part is the Airtel representative who has put the campaign has no clue as when the connection will be active and they don't even respond to customer calls . I would request Airtel to stop fooling customers and starting fake product campaign

    Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have taken your fiber broadband services just day before yesterday and the moment your technician installed the same after few hours it got disconnected and same has not been resolved yet. Could you please help me out of this.

    @airtelindia @VittalGopal Airtel is really a harassing company . They don't give solution and when you ask for porting code they simply say that you have to wait for 3 months .1 week previously I have ported my jio no to airtel. After 2 days I am facing call dropping issue

    @airtelindia I’ve been trying to close one connection of DTH from my Airtel black package since last 1 year. Every time I get told it’ll take 48 hours to close but the same has not been done till now. From past 1 year I’ve been paying the money for the same. Such callous behaviour from Airtel. Any solution?

I contacted customer care and the guy I talked to said the exact same thing "team's looking into it" this is just insane

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Why am I paying for 6 months when there will be no wifi for about 30 days. And some random customer agent will will promise for a discount in next bill and disappear, there will be no accountability. This sounds simple but not.
