@airtelindia it's been more than a week I requested for Sim change but till not it's not resolved.. I have provided all the documents it's your duty to verify asap and resolve the issue. I have been Airtel customer since 11-12 years for broadband, dth and mobile network.!!

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I'm using a Vivo Y53s 4G mobile. My Airtel sim not supporting VoLTE in this device but my another airtel sim is supporting Volte in the same handset. I tried out reaching customer support but till now not respond. Do a needful ASAP.

@airtelindia Internet down for the last 12 hours in my posh locality (Pioneer park) in the middle of Gurgaon, this is the third outage in 3 days. Engineers dont have an ETA n CC supervisor is too busy having breakfast than talk to customers. Is this your brilliant service?

I have missed so much of #USOpen this year. Much of it because of pathetic network of @airtelindia. I have two numbers - prepaid and postpaid - and data on both don't work. One of them is a data card number which means that one is completely useless.
