What are you up to @airtelindia . New connections are getting Airtel xtream fibre in my area but no plan for old customers. Customer care says there is no update about old customers. When we are paying same then why we are not eligible for xtream.. pls look into this

@airtelindia @airtelnews Today as well spoke to customer service he said he have done some settings for which setup box is not getting off at all Such a great support. Customer service will always suggest for paid service why. Network issue is your problem why should we pay for.
