On recharge of 2999 I was entitled 1 year free disney hotstar subscription which is still not active and no response till date.Raised numerous complaints on thanks app but all are automatically closed without resolving the issue. @airtelindia appalling state of customer service.

Worst service from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews , facing calls and sms issue for past 3 months. Raised 2 tickets and multiple call follow ups but no proper response. If there is no response, then the only way is to switch network provider.
