@airtelindia Your callcenter IVR is of no use if it cannot pass IVR language selected & number entered to ur contact center, even after selecting pref lang call is answered in different language. You levy service activation charges without informing & taking customer OK.

I have never seen a nonsense and unprofessional team like @airtelindia . For the last 10 days they are not able to rectify a problem in my broadband connection, that too in Delhi. Forget about other parts of country. But they need bill payment on time... 🤔

So airtel recruit staff who make fake promises to get port from other networks to airtel and than after port completes they start ignoring calls for service which were promised for coming into airtel. #worstservice #fake #fraud @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
