We are running on extremely low internet speed in jio in our area and this issue is persistent from months. The situation is degraded to such a level that when we follow IVR to connect to CC representative, the call drops. @reliancejio @TRAI @airtelindia

@airtelindia Service provided by your company is very poor. 1.5GB data remians pending to consumed due to poor network. Please look into the matter and make the faster internet service.
