  @airtelindia Hi, we've been facing (location:Joganpally, Koratla, Jagtial) severe network problem from past couple of days.If dis goes like dis we'll cnvrt to other networks vich will be added more losses to com. in future.Hope this will be resolved soon

  @airtelindia whenever i check my phone the available connect data is 5g network the moment i unlock my phone the data shifts to 4g network and never turns back to 5g what am i paying for???? Please justify this settings?

  I’m trying to convert my SIM from postpaid to prepaid, but the conversion is not going through. I have already raised the request twice through the Airtel app, yet the issue remains unresolved. Postpaid is expensive for me, and I want to switch to a prepaid plan.@airtelindia

  @airtelindia I Paid ₹1,450 on 27 July for a new AirFiber connection. Installation was later deemed impossible by your technician. Customer care assured me twice that the amount would be reversed, but I’m still waiting. Please process my refund ASAP. UPI ID: 126951923647.

  during my journey. In many locations, there is either no network coverage or the signal is extremely weak, making it difficult to make calls or use mobile data. I request you to kindly look into this and provide better service to your priority Post Paid Customer.. @airtelindia

  @TRAI @airtelindia . DND feature & provision of complaint thru TRAI app is not serving the purpose. Merely issuing warning everytime at the cost of customer suffering & formality of call restrictions sometimes. While telecallers like Bajaj Finance are openly mocking DND rules.
