@airtelindia Hi, we've been facing (location:Joganpally, Koratla, Jagtial) severe network problem from past couple of days.If dis goes like dis we'll cnvrt to other networks vich will be added more losses to com. in future.Hope this will be resolved soon

Called customer care again and it took another 1/2 hr on call just to make them understand that complete installation should be done by Airtel and don't expect customer to do half the installation.

@airtelindia have applied for shifting of existing broadband internet connection to a newly constructed premises. Got to know from the customer care executive that the services are not available in that premises. I don't want to choose anyone else over Airtel. Pls help

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews 7. Installation technician and his boss refused to do clipping of the wire and simply said you have to do get clipping of wire on your own. He was rude to say the least. First he said we don't do clipping. Later said because of corona we don't have clips.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelnews @airtelindia yesterday within 100meters I saw airtel guy selling sim cards so I asked him is the tower there he showed me 1 tower and said it's new and its working in my area then I purchased the sim after reaching home no network at all I m cheated
