    @airtelindia Hi, we've been facing (location:Joganpally, Koratla, Jagtial) severe network problem from past couple of days.If dis goes like dis we'll cnvrt to other networks vich will be added more losses to com. in future.Hope this will be resolved soon

    Pathetic service by Airtel WiFi! Despite raising successive complaints, the issue remains unresolved. Instead of fixing the actual problem, I keep receiving the same response and an antenna has been installed on the floor. This is unacceptable. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I contacted customer care specifically to request Airtel IPTV & made the payment for it. However, the request being processed is showing as a DTH request.When the engineer calls, I’m told that my request is for DTH & that I need to cancel it.

    @Airtel_Presence I had already raised a complaint about these extra charges last month, and Customer Care deducted them. But the same charges have been added again this month. Please check and resolve this issue permanently.@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia There was some issue with the wifi 2-3 days ago, the technician came yesterday (yes we were without without wifi for 1-2 days), he "fixed" it, now today it is again out. And the only option I am able to see is to book service after 2 days.

    Now @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia starts deleting the tweets by the customer I see. Good enough to prove that you are no longer taking care of customers you have and starts luring the customers for offers that you don't meant. @TRAI why silent about it?
