@airtelindia Hi, we've been facing (location:Joganpally, Koratla, Jagtial) severe network problem from past couple of days.If dis goes like dis we'll cnvrt to other networks vich will be added more losses to com. in future.Hope this will be resolved soon

@airtelindia broadband service req no 10031252321. Got SMS saying engineer will visit. Also got SMS saying issue resolved. No engineer visit happened. No call to verify if problem is resolved!! Still without internet. Try to live up to your ads touting gr8 network & service!!!

It's been over 15 days for connection upgrade but who cares. Over 80% times my son faces issues with his online studies. Hathaway comes over in 24 hrs to chk n confirm whether issue has been resolved. @airtelindia has a so called app where you never get solutions. @AirtelPresence
