    @airtelindia I am on international roaming with IR package added neither SMS send/receive works or anyone could reach me. What a joke of service! I have full network shown on phone but can’t do anything other than that.. such an inconvenience! #shame

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I was roaming to all Airtel stores nearby on Sunday.. Later on Monday stores opened and told, that they also need one day leave. Your IVR options really sucks. It's like listening to non stop nonsense. Nothing there to help.
