    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel customer care is stuck in a loop: raise complaint → give time → close complaint → raise new complaint. No real solution. Very poor experience. Please escalate to senior network team.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence it's been four days your wifi is not coming in my area i complaint many time no response. But if one day late in payment you put charges bit no service at all and i have work frome home and when i tey to mobile hotspot you set net cap in your sim.

    My WiFi is down and @airtelindia support can't help until 7 AM because their apps are down. This doesn't work for my night shifts! Really disappointed with the service. 📵 #Airtel

    @airtelindia i want to say it your customer care support is very bad using ai making loops and they cant understand the actual problem @flipkartsupport has better customer support . I again port to airtel with trust but not worth it.

    @beluga_catesh @airtelindia @GyanTherapy I know what NR is, I’m saying that your screenshot does not have NR or SA 5G Airtel has a limited coverage of SA 5G compared to Jio Hence they deduct from 4G if the network is on 5G NSA

    @airtelindia When I recharge with 5G in Airtel, the 5G only lasts for 15 days and they give me 2 data days. Please solve this problem. I have been having this problem ever since I bought an Airtel SIM.

    My @airtelindia fiber gives me 30 Mbps during the day...and a generous 1–2 Mbps at night Every. Single. Night. For a WEEK. Paying full price for a plan that sleeps at 10 PM. Wild. @Airtel_Presence @TRAI please fix this or I'm switching. #AirtelFiber #AirtelDown #IndiaInternet

    Stayed home and wasted 2 full days because of repeated false commitments from Airtel customer care. Pathetic service & zero accountability after payment is collected. Would honestly recommend Jio over Airtel, at least Jio completes installations the same day. @airtelindia
