I have used almost all the network of IND in my life at present Im a customer of @airtelindia and @reliancejio and I can say with full confidence that both of them have very bad network all over India including the place where I live where both these network are very bad (1/2)

@airtelindia After being a loyal customer of @airtelindia for 15+ years, it is disappointing that their customer service seems to have declined recently. A refund amount that was paid in excess as a result of erroneous ways of one of their executives 5 months ago has not been refunded.
