but do nothing. It was my big mistake that I got ported in jio, my data becomes useless because of your bad service, who is responsible for this, did jio company provide me extra data. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

I have used almost all the network of IND in my life at present Im a customer of @airtelindia and @reliancejio and I can say with full confidence that both of them have very bad network all over India including the place where I live where both these network are very bad (1/2)

airtel i am shifting from your network to jio fiber, the reason isi have to shift the connection but no one contact me till now i have raised it on 30 march and now it is 2nd april. Im shifting all my airtel connections you are a worst in handling @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@Ramyahariharan4 @JioCare @airtelindia Jio is not good and not solve problems . Recharge Kara lo k liye 50 phone kar denge . But if you have internet calling problem they will no responce . And he sayas your area many people use internet so your internet speed slow and not working .

I have never faced such difficulties with @airtelindia. They keep informing users if there is network issue in their areas and their staff is very polite. Don’t know if Jio cares enough to pay attention to this. But you please do @TRAI
