    I have used almost all the network of IND in my life at present Im a customer of @airtelindia and @reliancejio and I can say with full confidence that both of them have very bad network all over India including the place where I live where both these network are very bad (1/2)

    airtel i am shifting from your network to jio fiber, the reason isi have to shift the connection but no one contact me till now i have raised it on 30 march and now it is 2nd april. Im shifting all my airtel connections you are a worst in handling @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my complaint no is 135212302 for broadband issue my internet is not working and it has been almost 24 hrs there is no action from your side please look into it ASAP.

    @airtelindia providing best class service by not allowing user to apply for a new broadband connection nearby 200m from a existing running connection & when I am trying to reach out Airtel Lakhimpur Kheri ofc they are saying they don’t have permission to do so @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia today my friend and I visited to Chakala Airtel Galllery for converting airtel number from Corporate plan to Personal number and this process they took 1 hours. The repsentive is not trianed well the representative is asking everything to thier other staff for help

    @reliancejio @JioCare I HAVE REQUESTED FOR JIO FIBER RELOCATION 100 METERS FROM MY LOCATION, AND SINCE 7 DAYS I HAD TO RESCHUDLE THE REQUEST 3 TIMES. NO ONE CARES TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. @airtelindia BROADBAND SEEMS A BETTER OPTION NOW.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Unable to hear voice from other person during calls since last 5-6 months. Earlier also raised issue. No resolution done till date. Calls also get disconnected in between. Very poor service from Airtel.

    @airtelindia Is there anyone who is listening?? I have got the recharge done just few minutes back n sitting in your store to get the recharge corrected but nobody is listening here. Do not cheat your customers like this, either cancel n refund my amount or change the plan !
