    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @BandBajaateRaho I literally felt like a you guys just note down customer's issue, assign it a random no.(the so called service request no), play ping pong for 2 - 3 days and and revert back the customer that your issue has been resolved. #Airtel

    @airtelindia @airtelnews Hey Airtel your xstream fiber is down from 28th August till now no resolution has been made. No info nothing your customer service isn't helping at all. Where do we go now? No one is listening. Airtel is worst service provider in india currently.
