    @pritamdanve @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am also facing the same issue. I ordered on 30th Dec'20 and the status is still RC under validation. On the same date I checked other ways of purchase and paytm was taking the longest time to deliver and that was 8th Jan'21. But I made a mistake of ordering from airtel.

    @airtelindia Your customer care executives have zero sense of communication and respect towards customer. From last 3 months I have been issued incorrect bill & there is zero solutions provided..the only options we are left with is to switch on a different network.. disappointed
