  @shadabghouri @airtelindia They are such a loot that without customer consent they implement new plan over old plan. Usually we recharge in advance so that we can get uninterrupted service but they scam us by implementing new plan along with old plan in name of plan with different amount.

  @JioCare @reliancejio Please escalate this to a senior team and provide a clear resolution immediately If this is not resolved,I will proceed with the formal grievance escalation/Appellate Authority process and request a ful refund,as I will have to opt for another provider. @airtelindia

  @JioCare, It's been more than a year, and my area still doesn't have reliable Jio 5G coverage. I genuinely want to switch from @airtelindia because of repeated network issues, but I can't do so until Jio provides stable indoor 5G here.

  @airtelindia @airtelindia I've been an Airtel customer for 10+ years. I have a 5G phone and an active 5G recharge, but I'm unable to use 5G despite being in a 5G coverage urban area.the network is very weak and the internet barely works. Please resolve this issue ASAP.
