  @airtelindia Your service in Anand Vihar Colony, Karnal is absolutely pathetic. Complaints for 3–4 months and still ZERO improvement. You happily charge ₹899 for 3 months while providing unusable internet and ignoring customers.This isn’t service it’s daylight robbery. Shameful!

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI What is this service I need to talk to someone to discontinue my connection. This connection only made my life difficult day and night. Rather then providing a solution you guys just stall the issues to the next day . Pathetic behaviour I want the service removed.

  @airtelindia @airtelindiahelp I install Airtel AirFiber, but since installation 10th Aug, the router has never worked properly. Every time there’s a power cut, it takes 2–3 hours to restart, and then starts showing a blinking yellow light again after a few hours.

  @airtelindia Extremely poor service experience! I raised multiple complaints for my DTH set-top box. After 7–8 days, a technician finally visited, confirmed the box needed replacement, and it was picked up with a promise that the replacement would arrive within 3–4 days.
