@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Your defunct customer service is absolutely joke. I have a 5G broadband for work and it's giving me nightmares. The speed that I am getting is beyond pathetic while the plan says the speed is 200mbps I promise I am not going to pay you a single peeny

Airtel has become an absolutely pain in the *** company, for sending an SMS it doesn't matter if you have balance, you need to recharge with one of their unlimited packs. Why can't they just simply deduct ₹1-2 from balance? Absolutely horrible @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
