    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia bad network and no internet on your broadband service. This appears to be happening every 2 months in my experience. Come on guys stop it with bad service, you are getting paid for it. Rectify the issue immediately.

    From past 10 days experiencing bad network from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . It was giving 4G range inside our room but suddenly it dropped to 2G and sometimes network not available. Never experienced before in Haji Ali, Mumbai region.

    @airtelindia I am an Airtel customer from 10+ years. Even though i was not happy with service I did not port and deactivated my sim card. But since 2 days my simcard is not working and it was physically damaged ( as said by you customer service agents.)
