    This is @airtelindia doesn't start the DG at the Towers when there is power cut in that area Means you see the network but you can't browse! THEY CHARGE full rental, then shouldn't they provide full service?? Cc @jm_scindia ji pls note

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence No internet connectivity since yesterday night. Called customer care, automated message plays that they are working on the connectivity issues and will be resolved soon. Is there any timeline to this as connecting to service agent seems impossible.

    @airtelindia Facing poor network and getting difficulty during call and internet for long time. Service request 31-1000014886988 was already raised, but it was closed by Airtel without resolving the issue. Very poor experience with Airtel in last 2 months.
