@airtelindia we are paying to get internet as well as other better network services but the owner of the place where you've installed your network tower has been selling sound amount of oil every month and so the tower shuts off every now n then.

@adite @airtelindia But yes the call centre and apps need to be more effective. If you call, first you get treated to a spiel on new offerings , then the number of buttons you need to press to get the right service is frustrating . And it's next to impossible to get a human on the line .
