    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I got Airtel Fiber installed just 2 days ago, and the experience is pathetic. Extremely slow speed, constant buffering, and poor wire installation. When I raised a complaint today, the technician didn't visit and spoke very rudely to me on the call.

    @Rahulshrivstv @airtelindia Just ignore the message. This is surely a deceptive trap by Airtel. Instead of focussing on service quality they are indulging in such junk. Since last 5 years they are not able to fix one small issue of signal strength in our area.

    @AirtelIndia Pathetic Wi-Fi service! The connection keeps dropping, and it’s impossible to reach customer care to even register a complaint. Completely unacceptable. Please treat this as an urgent escalation and resolve the issue immediately. #Airtel #CustomerService

    @Manik_M_Jolly @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Faced the same issue. And even after they have collected, a random call comes every few weeks to collect the modem!

    @airtelindia is involved in all kind of fraudulent practice no customer to reach out, Don't get access to already subscribed channels!! Useless 121 that never gets connected to an executive!!

    @Airtel_Presence This is disgraceful. From morning I called 4 times to then customer care and every time they are saying it will be okay in next 3 hours, but no body called and the problem persist. I don’t understand what’s the problem with @airtelindia

Airtel and Jio are surely doing a lot of mischievous things after they become duopoly you can say that you don't buy if you don't like but you surely know that it's essential service where govt have no alternative..

    Three days without Airtel Wi-Fi, and still no visit from a service engineer despite multiple calls to customer care (121). This level of service is unacceptable. Kindly resolve this issue immediately and restore my connection. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia #CustomerService

    @Manik_M_Jolly @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Be cautious with Jio also. They don’t cancel easily. Only AI help desk. And cancelling options you will go bonkers
