    @airtelindia Terrible customer service. Call center accepts that bill generated is incorrect but technical team closes request without rectifying. 5 calls done! Past due date and nearing discontinuation now. Time to Port out Wifi and 4 numbers to @jio

Request you to please refund my amount and cancel my connection if you are short on staff. Will get some other DTH.
