I just visited it to get my WiFi issue fixed and saying engineers is not available to fix. Next month I am gonna cancel my plan and move to a local provider. Atleast they will be better than your bullshit.

Daily calling support but only false promises “engineer will come today”. DTH fixed after delay, but Fiber still pending. All three of them lasted atleast 6 hours and yesterday it was all day long. So will I not be billed for those days or how do you guys plan to compensate that?
