@airtelindia Is there any outage. I am unable to use my airtel sim. It shows cross sign with greyed out signals. I have tried switching, changing phone and also tried changing the settings but issue is still there. I've recharged yesterday itself and it was fine at that time but.

@airtelindia I went to the Airtel store rajendra nagar Bareilly to get my number ported to Airtel . But as per the store person they can only port my number if I opt for Airtel Postpaid and not to Airtel prepaid because prepaid portal is not working. Is it true?
