@airtelindia Is there any outage. I am unable to use my airtel sim. It shows cross sign with greyed out signals. I have tried switching, changing phone and also tried changing the settings but issue is still there. I've recharged yesterday itself and it was fine at that time but.

Can any one of you @airtelindia provide me a genuine update as to when fiber services shall be resumed in the area? For the past 12 hours (or more) the IVR service provides a restoration time and then a new one for 3 hrs. later (and so on). @Airtel_Presence (A/c No. 20001578247)

Listening to IVR voice is a worse experience than anything. I want the invoice for the last recharge and couldn't find any link on the app. Reaching your customer care executive by pressing 1,2,10...... is a very meaningless exercise @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
