@airtelindia Is there any outage. I am unable to use my airtel sim. It shows cross sign with greyed out signals. I have tried switching, changing phone and also tried changing the settings but issue is still there. I've recharged yesterday itself and it was fine at that time but.

And why is the customer care helpline of @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence not toll free? Even after recharging with talk time and with existing unlimited plan of Rs 3599 the automated voice states that I don't have the balance to carry on with the customer care call. Please help.
