I have tried switching, changing phone and also tried changing the settings but issue is still there. I've recharged yesterday itself and it was fine at that time but.

I recently converted my prepaid on postpaid after seeing the benefits on your app. Let me iterate all benefits first. Please check the plan details picture. I bought this plan due to 2 main reasons. I am feeling scammed now. Read below two points and see the image too: First Scam - Three sim cards When i am trying to add family member, your app isn’t allowing that. See picture 2 Second Scam - Apple tv and music benefit. Your app promises the ott. Once plan starts and i try to claim the ott, i find out that they are not even in the list. See picture 3 and 4. Bonus - The Biggest Scam Human support is fully gone now. I only talk to the chatbot and eventually the chat ends. There is not even option to select for my problem. I called the customer support. Again it takes a lot of time to connect to a human and even if i connect, they simply cut the call when i raise the issues. I just have a simple question to you. How can you expect a person to use your services if you are scamming them by taking high prices and ghosting them. PS - I will not stop posting until my issue is resolved. This is not acceptable and won’t be hidden at all. I need immidiate resolution.

But if one day late in payment you put charges bit no service at all and i have work frome home and when i tey to mobile hotspot you set net cap in your sim.

Your representatives are claiming my last recharge was on 08 December 2025, while I clearly recharged my number with ₹349 on 20 February 2026. I even have the payment proof. Why are your staff lying again and again instead of solving the issue properly? Completely frustrating and pathetic customer support. Fix this nonsense and reactivate my number immediately.

The person who was allotted the delivery work asked otp before even visiting. @airtelindia is so much better. Just online application once. Received sim next day. A female came to take my kyc. 👍
