  @airtelindia Is there any outage. I am unable to use my airtel sim. It shows cross sign with greyed out signals. I have tried switching, changing phone and also tried changing the settings but issue is still there. I've recharged yesterday itself and it was fine at that time but.

  I stand by the fact that @airtelindia tops the chart in scamming people by assuring the fastest 5G and wifi connection. You guys can’t even provide correct ETA it has been 2 days wifi has been suspended. You charge for full month but don’t provide service at all. Shame on you

  @TrueTaleTech @airtelindia Totally agree with you! It is highly frustrating to pay ₹3599 and still have to do a ₹39 top-up just to finish daily tasks. Many users face this exact issue where 'unlimited 5G' is restricted by a 300GB hidden fair usage policy cap or unstable tower switching.

  @airtelindia I have been trying to cancel my Airtel Xstream Fiber booking and get my ₹1,500 refund, but my issue is still not being resolved. I paid ₹1,500 on 9 August 2026 for a Fiber connection. The connection has NOT been installed or activated because Airtel Fiber infrastructure is not available in my locality. I requested cancellation and refund several days ago. Customer care keeps saying that a request has been raised, but I have not been provided a proper SR/Service Request number. Today, Airtel Cares asked me to share my payment receipt and installation details via DM. I provided all the booking/order details and explained that I did not provide an email ID during the booking. I was then asked to find a payment receipt from my registered email, which I never provided for this Fiber booking. I have shared all the information requested by Airtel, yet my cancellation and ₹1,500 refund are still not being resolved. Please stop sending me in circles and resolve this issue. I request Airtel to: • Cancel my Fiber booking • Refund the full ₹1,500 to my original payment method • Provide the SR/Service Request number • Confirm the expected refund timeline Please look into this urgently. @TRAI

  @airtelindia This is the FOURTH time the Wifi is down, Service req 11037804616 keeps getting Rescheduled without my CONSENT multiple times. The Crap Engineers don't pick up the calls. CC sucks. BS network. Not going to pay the bill and return the Router and cables.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia At this stage, the request is to: Cancel the Wi-Fi UPS purchase and process the full refund immediately. Disconnect the Airtel Wi-Fi connection given the service standards.
