@airtelindia Is there any outage. I am unable to use my airtel sim. It shows cross sign with greyed out signals. I have tried switching, changing phone and also tried changing the settings but issue is still there. I've recharged yesterday itself and it was fine at that time but.

@airtelindia I am a Airtel black customer. I chose Airtel because it was a great network with great service. Unfortunately they are not now. Couple of months back when I asked the team for an option to change the due date on my plan, they said it is not possible. Ok agreed.
