@airtelindia Is there any outage. I am unable to use my airtel sim. It shows cross sign with greyed out signals. I have tried switching, changing phone and also tried changing the settings but issue is still there. I've recharged yesterday itself and it was fine at that time but.

@airtelindia very unprofessional and ill-mannered staff at Harmu road airtel office in Ranchi. There was issues with my mother's sim card who is currently unable to go to the office and after inquiry at the office in Harmu Road they were rigid and very unsupportive!
