    @airtelindia Is there any outage. I am unable to use my airtel sim. It shows cross sign with greyed out signals. I have tried switching, changing phone and also tried changing the settings but issue is still there. I've recharged yesterday itself and it was fine at that time but.

    If that's the case, then it means @airtelindia is restricting and forcing me to use my data pack as per their wish, not mine. @TRAI, do we have such laws where a service provider will force me how I should utilize that service (of course legally)???

    @airtelindia Stop using AI as an excuse to eliminate actual customer support. Automation is useful only when it solves problems. When it traps customers in endless loops while the service remains broken, it is just deliberate obstruction. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia why you always randomly restart the internet service at 12 am or 2 am. I am still in middle of my evening shift and client meeting got disconnected because of your internet restart.

    @JioCare ****. Technician blocked my number. Wtf u guys r doing..not even a update. Come n take the device out. Am gonna switch to airtel. They r premium but stucking with ur bullshit service, i ll pay them for their smooth service. @airtelindia pls dm the packages

    @airtelindia Every month you disconnect internet for 4 or 5 days which is not fair. Your service person also takes his own sweet time resolve thinking every airtel user will be sitting at home 24/7 till the wifi isssue is resolved
