I have tried switching, changing phone and also tried changing the settings but issue is still there. I've recharged yesterday itself and it was fine at that time but.

Made a request on 29 july and 30 july on Twitter , no response, then on 3 july on customer care on 2 times . They said arranging call back from senior but not received yet.

My office called that Agent and he said that he was assigned my complaint by mistake as he works in a different territorial area. This is what AI and automation of #Airtel is doing. Highly inefficient.
