@airtelindia Is there any outage. I am unable to use my airtel sim. It shows cross sign with greyed out signals. I have tried switching, changing phone and also tried changing the settings but issue is still there. I've recharged yesterday itself and it was fine at that time but.

I added my 11 year relationship with @MTNLOfficial. My phone number suddenly stopped working for a few days. Customer service was pathetic, bought a new SIM and immediately ported to @airtelindia. Such bloody companies must be privatised without further delay

@thenadeemabbasi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Zero complaints means - they won’t attend to any complaints . I was supplied with a defective setup box . As we speak 2.5 years over . They agreed to replace but never did . They shamelessly remind for recharge but never cared to replace
