@airtelindia Is there any outage. I am unable to use my airtel sim. It shows cross sign with greyed out signals. I have tried switching, changing phone and also tried changing the settings but issue is still there. I've recharged yesterday itself and it was fine at that time but.

@airtelindia I haven't received my broadband connection booked on 21/07/2022, 6days past but still , @airtelindia local sales guy who gave me connection isn't responding to my calls from 23/07please help on this issue, also time tat is 72HRs and got over on 24/07, so TAKE ACTION.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews Yesterday I had conversation regarding the installation of Airtel extreamBox with your customer support representative and they made sure about the booking id and installation yesterday itself but till today it's not been done.
