@airtelindia Is there any outage. I am unable to use my airtel sim. It shows cross sign with greyed out signals. I have tried switching, changing phone and also tried changing the settings but issue is still there. I've recharged yesterday itself and it was fine at that time but.

@airtelindia you are taking about 5G but in my area your service are very poor, its not better then 2G , stop promoting the 5G ,first improve the 3G, 4G . My area pin code 262721 . More then 7 hour's every day network tower is off my mobile number 7428387367

Worst Network @airtelindia raised a complaint regarding data and Call connectivity issue. But they closed the complaint just like that. Been an Airtel customer for the past 10 years. But it’s high time to change the network @Airtel_Presence Worstttt customer service😡😡😡😑😑

@geekyranjit @airtelindia With the current user load I am guessing around 15% of total users will have a 5g phone. Now, with this low user count, getting anything below 1.5gb is less since when more users starts to latch on 5g network, I am sure speed will go down to 20-40mbps
