@airtelindia Is there any outage. I am unable to use my airtel sim. It shows cross sign with greyed out signals. I have tried switching, changing phone and also tried changing the settings but issue is still there. I've recharged yesterday itself and it was fine at that time but.

@airtelindia This is a serious issue and I need answer immediately. 1.I did a top up worth 19 rs - 1Gb didn't receive the data. 2.I did a top up worth 181 rs that too is not showing in my balance I am not able to use that data. This is fraud!! I need solution within 2 days.
