  @airtelindia Is there any outage. I am unable to use my airtel sim. It shows cross sign with greyed out signals. I have tried switching, changing phone and also tried changing the settings but issue is still there. I've recharged yesterday itself and it was fine at that time but.

  @airtelindia Hello sir/madam, I used to get full bar 100mbps speed Internet over 5G and calls quality was so good. Since yesterday network is gone. My Airtel WiFi is also not working. Ticket 31-1000015791666. Kindly help with faster resolution. 2nd incident this in 1 month.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Wifi down 24+ hrs. Every 6 hrs the bot extends the deadline. Got a "restored" message yesterday at 9:21 PM but still NO internet. Field engineers aren't answering. Fix this or tell us if we need to switch providers. #AirtelDown #AirtelWifi

  @airtelindia HIGH PRIORITY Dear Airtel Representative, I request you to please disconnect and remove our Airtel connection immediately. After speaking with your representative via DM, your technician finally visited yesterday evening,the same technician who had visited around 20 days ago. He identified an issue with the adapter, replaced it, and adjusted a few wires. The Wi-Fi started working, but unfortunately, it stopped again within just 10–15 minutes, confirming that the issue is clearly beyond the adapter. When I asked why the adapter had not been checked or replaced during his previous visit, if it was indeed the source of the problem, he had no answer. Despite my specifically mentioning that the issue could also be with the router, he did not check the router either. While working, the technician was constantly talking on his phone. I am attaching his photo below for your reference. We are extremely disappointed with the service and have decided to discontinue our Airtel connection. Thank you for your assistance, but I would strongly suggest improving the quality and troubleshooting skills of your technicians, as poor service like this can result in losing customers Regards, Mamta
