    @JioCare Dear @JioCare, looks like there are a few honest, smart and responsible people in @airtelindia at the lowest level. Mugesh from santhome office visited our office and resolved the issue when most seniors even now, don't care. May be you guys should hire him He is at 9311387585

    I have started to feel like even the BSNL connection in my village was much better than this @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtel Fiber sucks. Now I am starting to regret my decision to switch from ACT fibre net to Airtel Fiber. Airtel has zero customer care.

    @airtelindia Visited airtel store urapakkam, chennai, today.Customer care executive (Mr. Prakash and Mr. Sayed) demanding the Rs.350 on the name SIM portability.They do have any evidence for above claim Surprised to see that the company like airtel has no written rule at store

    There has been no internet here for the past 24 hours now. I am using Airtel fiber and @airtelindia is a big piece of joke. Their customer care folks say the same thing and their engineers do not respond. I will wait until tonight and then switch to something else.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews would like to have my connection disconnected. 4 off last 6 days wifi has not been working. It starts with a shutoff for whole area and then never resumes until a complaint is raised. The service has just turned from bad to worse in the area.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence was facing network issues, went to your store, got the e-sim replaced.... it worked for 1-1.5 hours and now no signal..... This is how you deal with your postpaid customers. Need to switch to @reliancejio I guess....

    @Airtel_Presence My complaint remains unresolved despite being registered on 26 Nov 2025 and again on 27 Jun 2026. Today is 6 Jul 2026, and I have still not received any satisfactory resolution or response. @airtelindia .
