    @JioCare Thank you all for support provided. I decided to cancel subscription and go with @airtelindia. No offense but the support provided was pathetic. I have been patient enough but no point in waiting more than 72 hours without resolution. This should not be repated in future.

    @airtelindia Sir, The New Modem 777VR1 seems to be of very poor quality for broadband, as they have changed 3 modems in a month. Earlier I had D-Link which lasted 3 years. My broadband No: 04494067547

    Hey @airtelindia please do call me daily to provide offers to activate my inactive wifi connection. I will activate when the time is right. I have activated DND and also insisted multiple of your agents to not call or email me regarding one out of the two existing wifi connections of mine. Still i keep on receiving multiple calls a day from different numbers even after blocking so many of them. If you guys keep on disturbing me, i will make sure to get both of my wifi connections removed including the 2 other postpaid mobile phone connections and switch to a different network provider.
