    In this epidemic, Better data network is one of the best way to spend time. Almost 6 person in my family uses @airtelindia service. And non of us are getting proper network. I request you to please look after it ASAP. At least provide us a stable connectivity @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia i have port my my number in airtel. My previous network has been shut down but i am not able to make a call or send SMS in airtel. I had called to Airtel CC team, as per your airtel representative the number has been ported. Pathetic experience at first stage.

    @airtelindia I have been trying to contact your customer care to shift my Wi-Fi and landline connection but not able to figure out who to contact and how to get it? I have been trying 121 customer care but nobody seems understand! Please help

    @airtelindia ..I have been raising a concern related to Airtel black plan for a month. But there has been no resolution yet. Atleast 20 calls to 121, but no results & funniest part is there is no proper escalation mechanism. No wonder you guys state " zero complaints policy"

    @airtelindia @airtelnews Please focus on main business i.e sim network. Been a month. There is no response from your side and as usual no network at my location. Since I am using Airtel black with postpaid and not getting desired services, i have to stop using Airtel services if i won't get network.

    @Airtel @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My Request ID for fiber broadband is 10048807317. Since the morning my internet is down and none of the engineer came to visit the premises yet. Customer care is not telling the exact problem and just saying engg are working on it...
