    In this epidemic, Better data network is one of the best way to spend time. Almost 6 person in my family uses @airtelindia service. And non of us are getting proper network. I request you to please look after it ASAP. At least provide us a stable connectivity @Airtel_Presence

    Dear @airtelindia like you take followups for your pending bills using phone calls from your executives then for Customer Service why you dnt allow to connect with call center and divert us on Chat Bots.Which is more harrasment rather than support.     Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia and I should “adjust” or surrender the connection. Is this the level of service expected from a reputed company like Airtel? I’m paying for both WiFi & TV services, yet I can neither work from home nor watch TV properly. This is unacceptable.

    @airtelindia @reliancejio I own a Airtel wifi, I raised a service request for transfer of connection on 25th April for shifting on 2nd May. Till date no action, and airtel is continuing billing. Their agent asking to buy new connection. 017212123532_dsl. Why not shift to Jio?

    @airtelindia Hi, we're sorry to inform you that installation of your new Airtel Wi-Fi connection is delayed due to wiring route related issue, our team is working on the issue and checking for the alternate route and methods to install the connection. Please refund last bill
