@airtelindia @airtelnews for the same issue I tried reaching your customer support by calling 121. I request airtel team to remove there statement that their customer service is 24/7 its a big lie. Your floor supervisor confirms that manager will be available from 10am to 6pm.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am really disappointed with the service provided by airtel. Just to send one SMS I have to get my phone recharged with high value unlimited pack because we can't send SMS with our normal talktime balance. Really disappointed as a 7 yeara old user.

@airtelindia @airtelnews Then what is the point of 24/7 customer service. I spent my whole day in a hotel for Internet because of your broadband issue and how many days will it be continued. Request you to have a proper support system with standard procedures.
