    In this epidemic, Better data network is one of the best way to spend time. Almost 6 person in my family uses @airtelindia service. And non of us are getting proper network. I request you to please look after it ASAP. At least provide us a stable connectivity @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I subscribed broadband connection on 7th October. Since yesterday morning internet stopped working. Raised complaint but no update so far. Local staff is moving the issue from one team to another. Complain no. 10089751870. Please do the needful ASAP.

    @airtelindia Airtel Xtreme Fibre internet is not working since 24 hours now. Your service is pathetic. Downtime should be compensated with credit to user account for equivalent period of downtime. Waiting for JIO to come in and bid adieu to Airtel.

    @airtel they promote there Airtel Thanks App to use all your need but once u used it .it’s totally fails.I made recharge it took my money but no recharge. Now I’m asking my refund no one whom I can talk.@Airtel when u call 121 only IVR. no one u can talk @airtelindia .bad service

    @airtelindia from last 15 days reinstall request not processed. Charging under Airtel black . Very disappointed.Time to close this service now .

    Seriously @airtelindia,why my xtreme fiber signal go out intermittently for hours/days every couple of weeks? On registering the complaint service engineer replied we don't know when the signal will restore, you can complain anywhere. Frustrated by airtel, @VittalGopal @pib_comm
