@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your timing for crashing India's internet is cosmic. We were using your internet connection to upload and launch a new release to my servers from yesterday. My teammate is trying to do a 15Gbs upload over wireless. Fix it already! This is the worst.

@airtelindia @SajidSilawat1 Your Sim Recreation Service Is Totally Third Class... My Father Was Dead And My Sim Card On His Documents. When I Do Recharge Above 500 After Two Days My Sim Is Disable. When I Give For Sim Recreation After 1 & 1/2 month He Said It Won't Happen. Nice Service @airtelindia

@airtelindia Pathetic Performance in Broadband Services... So many complaint registered but they are failed to provide the internet speed. Router is also not working properly. They just need the advance payment in the name of services they failed in customer satisfaction

@airtelindia Can you please share the customer care number, where I can directly call and discuss my concern. Why there is no IVR option for customer care on 198 & 121. Your IVR service is just for fooling customers, a computerized system is also giving just a recorded answers.
