Pathetic service by @airtelindia, as alwys. PON line is down snce last 9 days. And since 9 days they're shamelessly laying that the services will be restored at the end of the day. No action even after multiple cmplnts. 9 FKN DAYS.. Now unable to connect to CS. Time to switch.1/2

Hi @airtelindia , Extremely disappointed with the service for broadband.I can only regret for the 6 month now. When I opted for broadband fixed line I did not only buy the plan but the services.Such a bad services No resolution till no for this ticket 10046551383.

@airtelindia most worst broadband service provider, my Brodband is not working since 26th may 22 but till date not resolve. No of times lodged complaint but last complaint is open since 28th May till date.
