@Airtel_Presence Hi facing lot of problem with @airtelindia network,there is no network since 6-7months.😡😡 We Unable to make calls,unable to use data, If the problems continues we will switch to another network. Hope u will fix it soon It is 5km away frm taged location

hey @airtelindia, my Indian SIM while in Germany is failing to connect with either of your German parteners Telefonica(o2) or Vodafone, this happened after I activated monthly IntlRoaming pack, I can't call Indian customer care from here, any solutions?

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia - Do you charge to the customer if there is an issue with the mother antena installed on the roof our housing complex? I was charged 150 by the technician without any money receipt. Strange!!!

@airtelindia I was a postpaid user since 2012. Since few days I'm a prepaid user and I recharged my no for 269Rs-1GB data, unlimited calls. After 2days, the same plan is available at 209Rs. But my number is still in old plan. You are really bad at managing the existing customer.

@airtelindia all the broadband network is currently working fine in our area. Outside our area airtel also working fine but why in our area I called many times airtel customer care services they told me internet will start at 10pm on 29th june. Than i call at10:30 they say 2pm
