    @Airtel_Presence Hi facing lot of problem with @airtelindia network,there is no network since 6-7months.๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก We Unable to make calls,unable to use data, If the problems continues we will switch to another network. Hope u will fix it soon It is 5km away frm taged location

    @airtelindia I am disappointed at the level of customer service response on a case. I am talking about misinformation and you are emphasising on policy. Customer lost - Airtel wins because your employee provided misleading information.

    Since @airtelindia chose to ignore my communications and request, I finally decided to deactivate the broadband connection. Given I was a subscriber of their Black service paid the o/standing. Now let's see Jio or ACT

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelcustomer -All the documents requested has been submitted in Airtel office and received new sim which will be activated after 3/4 days after call confirmation as per customer care in Airtel office, this is how system works,
