    @Airtel_Presence Hi facing lot of problem with @airtelindia network,there is no network since 6-7months.😡😡 We Unable to make calls,unable to use data, If the problems continues we will switch to another network. Hope u will fix it soon It is 5km away frm taged location

    @IndianGems_ Min they are showing is 2-2.5 gb/day. Kya karu me itne data ka? I wanted 1gb or 1.5 gb per day pack. Outgoing is fine but incoming ? forcing customer to pay 300+just to receive an OTP, this is absurd. @airtelindia @TRAI why don't you directly ask us to move to pigeons?

    @Airtel_Presence CHECK YOUR DM ALL PROOVES ARE GIVEN RECHARGED thRICE, AFTER PAYMENT RECIEVED TEXTS FOR THE TALKTIME BUT NO TALKTIME RECIEVED. HAVE TO RECHARGE IT AGAIN AND AGAIN . What kind of **** is this idk @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @airtelindia @airtel Network issue AGAIN. Multiple complaints, SIM replacement, escalations and promises - STILL unresolved. Even your support channels aren't working. I'm paying for a service I can't use. Fix this immediately or I’ll escalate further.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Placed order 10th Aug for IP tv with commitment for getting it installation done in 24 hours, whole week gone none of the team member reverted. Why ? Poor customer care service where normal people puzzled by clicking endless numbers without getting solution. Visited sector 137 Center also .

    @airtelindia what a frustrating customer experience you guys have, from last 2 week Airtel service is badly affected for broadband services but when we are raising complain from Airtel thanks app without resolution ticket is getting closed.

    I’m a premium customer and have been using your services, but this is seriously frustrating. For the past couple of days, I haven’t been receiving any OTPs. I already raised a complaint, and I haven’t received a single call or even a status update. @airtelindia worst worst

    1/ It’s been over a month with no resolution for a simple IPTV request. I visited Airtel stores multiple times in Delhi, Narela & M2K Rohini, called customer care countless times and followed up on Twitter. Still the same answer: “Escalated.” @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
