@Airtel_Presence Hi facing lot of problem with @airtelindia network,there is no network since 6-7months.😡😡 We Unable to make calls,unable to use data, If the problems continues we will switch to another network. Hope u will fix it soon It is 5km away frm taged location

@Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia What's the use of all these explanation when my account is suspended/ barred even after making the timely payment. Spoke to 4 so called dedicated agents for about 2.30 hrs since 3pm who are not so dedicated towards customer service with no luck.

Pathetic customer service, theek se response nehi kuch v nehi 10 days prlblm face kar raha hoon Internet ke bajese Airtel ki but koi respond theek nehi kiyaa and customer care kya agent rakha hai. @airtelindia

@airtelindia such a pathetic network. Even 2g works better than this. And you keep complaining,they will keep giving you complaint numbers but no resolution. Forced to port both my numbers to some other network now. Costliest plans,pathetic service

@airtelindia Very bad customer service. My Xtreme fiber internet is not working since 2 days. No action on ticket raised till now. There is no absolutely no option to talk to anyone in your customer service or servicing team. Please resolve on priority.
