Further I called to customer care and they told me to wait till 15/12, but till 16/12 the problem was same. And when I called again to customer care they told me that Airtel has been refunded my money but there was no refund in my bank account. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

when I said this to them they said that they can't help me regarding that. It's 14th day from that incident but no refund or action has not been initiated from Airtel,as a customer the incident is very painful to me. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@kishenp @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Service engineers are judged by SLAs and perhaps performance linked to it too. Thats perhaps why it seems to matter more than Customer satisfaction. There should be a method to measure CSAT first.
