After a lot of struggle, I managed to open a ticket in the app today (on the 2nd), and they say it will be resolved by the 7th. Nowadays nothing works without OTP, and suddenly the SIM signal has disappeared. There’s no way to reach a customer representative. Then they didnt give me the dth setup box that comes with it. I just used it till the deposit money was used up by the plan and disconnected it. Horrible experience.
