when I said this to them they said that they can't help me regarding that. It's 14th day from that incident but no refund or action has not been initiated from Airtel,as a customer the incident is very painful to me. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

Further I called to customer care and they told me to wait till 15/12, but till 16/12 the problem was same. And when I called again to customer care they told me that Airtel has been refunded my money but there was no refund in my bank account. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@Airtel_Presence Pathetic customer service, calls are not picked up, not replying to messages and tweets, and not resolving problems at any cost. Jio fiber is not available in my area. That's why they are doing all this. Hope so you guys continue to lose customers. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
