    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My wifi stopped working on 7th July 2022,I raised a complaint(Reqno:10060097592) on same day.I called more than 20 times to my dedicated customer care service, Every day your guys told me "We will resolve the issue by EOD, We will escalate the issue"

    @Ani12ket @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Even more pathetic thing is,i am still waiting for the technician.After 7 days still there is no revert from Airtel.I did all possible way like calling, dropped multiple email and here also I explained on tweeter but nowhere getting any response. Irresponsible and worst service.

    Apparently @airtelindia ‘s xstreamfibernet doesn’t resolve your Internet issues for more than a week and give excuses about climate after a week..funny how they give you 24hrs wait time everyday ..Amazing service #AirtelDown Grow up !!
