    when I said this to them they said that they can't help me regarding that. It's 14th day from that incident but no refund or action has not been initiated from Airtel,as a customer the incident is very painful to me. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare @reliancejio After 3 Years of Continue Use I Decided to Left Jio and Join @airtelindia due to there worst service in Our locality. No action taken after many complains.Where @Airtel_Presence and @VodafoneIN take prompt action after any Customer complain. #Jiodown

    Further I called to customer care and they told me to wait till 15/12, but till 16/12 the problem was same. And when I called again to customer care they told me that Airtel has been refunded my money but there was no refund in my bank account. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia After disconnecting our postpaid 9148550213 before traveling abroad on Oct 25th we are still receiving bills for Nov and Dec and are asked to pay even though connection was disconnected by customer care agent. Due amount was also paid as requested till Oct.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews I am in the UK since January 2020. I have an Airtel SIM deactivated on 27 December 2021. The resolution given is that I need to spend £2000+ to go to India and reactivate it. Wow! Think I will forward the resolution email to management.
