@airtelindia not a good service.. internet is bad, voice call/normal call are so bad - call drop and not reachable. Miss call alert regularly tell me that someone was calling me but cudn't reach me over phone. My sim 4 years old. Airtel is forcing me to switch to other network.

Called up customer care one final time today and I was assured of Fibernet installation today replacing the old DSL and yeah nothing happened until now. My bill will be generated tomorrow and I want to disconnect before the new bill period starts. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

Total area network coverage is poor.... Its been waiting for the month to improve your internet speed. But still im getting good speed. As a result , my family is decided to port out.... Its pleasure to using airtel since 2008. @airtelindia

@sandeep_khatry @airtelindia @airtel_care Bro u r getting service, for me they r charging 999 + GST & not even giving me connection & that’s too when I’m a Airtel black customer. Now if I deny to pay they will disconnect my mobile. First they merge all services and then stop providing one service. Highest level of fraud

@airtelindia You should have the courtesy of informing your 88 year old customer before disconnecting his SIM card as it’s in use since long. Nor does your manager from 11th main, Bangalore Airtel Store has the courtesy to send some staff to customer residence. Mobile 9342873061
