@airtelindia How many more deposits does airtel need from a customer to activate a broadband plan? I had purchased airtel fiber bundle with DTH in last week of September and deposited 4000 rs for 4 month plan, DTH activated right away, broadband auto cancelled after a week (1/2)

I recently booked @airtelindia black connection in Chennai and the installation for DTH happened on Thursday(20/10/22) which was already a delayed service and ontop of that post installation the channels package was not activated at and still today’s date the issue’s not-resolved

@airtelindia Having worst experience with Airtel now facing internet issues and still haven't got any update how could you provide 5g internet when even your 4g is isn't working. And the customer service having there own party at office clearly can hear everyone's laugh.
