I had made a payment of ₹1500 towards the installation; however, the service has not been completed, and If the refund is not processed promptly, I may be compelled to escalate the matter to the appropriate higher authorities or consumer forum.

  @JioCare I am already a jio user but i have @airtelindia sim too where i am facing low signal in my area. If the team will not give reply or solve my prblm i will definitely change my number airtel to jio and i will give real feedback to my viewers and family to use jio instead of airtel

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My airtel wifi seems off, often my devices quickly lose connection and reconnect, my laptop gets reconnected automatically, but the airtel tv doesn't it says, connected but no internet and resolves only when I restart wifi in tv. Any help on this ?
