    @airtelindia I hv got my sim changed, aft tht I m facing problem. My voice is cracking. Lodged a complaint on 2 nd Sep. Still no impmt. Ur max service period is 15 working days. In today's scenario shld I wait for 15 days to resolve or should I port to any other service provider.
