    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am using both airtel prepaid and postpaid, but the quality of the network speed is too poor, i dont even have words to describe still you wonder that Jio just gains subscriber based on free offers, its quality which makes user stick. 🙆🏼🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Its been 2 weeks, no help 4rm ur support staff. My issue is still nt resolved.I feel if I can help in fixing this issue, If I know some technical details on communication system🤔. Is this issue a rocket science now. What Mr. Gopal Vittal has to say?

    @VittalGopal Respected Sir, it has been 2 mnths since I got a stable BB cnction. I have raised this several times, and wthn 24 hrs it breaks again. It is becoming very difficult to mnge online schools and office with such patchy work. Pls help @airtelindia

    @airtelindia well, you advertise a lot about how u care about ur customers and their complaints. Well, all that seems rubbish. My number is not working since yesterday. I tried care number, there is no manual support even for this critical issue.
