    it’s a shame, lodged a complaint for data not working with IVR, after months resolution not provided. Complained again but no response. Machines doing all the work & no human presence? Soon would port to a diff telecom @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @GTPLHathwayLtd Ur wifi at Kadi is the worst... net takes a leave twice a week...technician jst fools around and the Manager Sanjay bhai never picks up calls..suffering since 2 yrs.. need refund and pls stp servic @reliancejio @airtelindia pls set up ur fibre services in kadi

    @tataplayfiber Pathetic internet connectivity. Even after multiple complaints you guys have no intent in resolving. Had moved out of Airtel. @airtelindia will be back using Airtel Fibre. @tataplayfiber you guys have nice time not resolving customer complaints.

    @airtelindia Surprisingly I got yet another call today morning asking for same transaction details/verification that I have been giving them almost everyday since 14/5/22. Seems Customer services are totally dysfunctional. Pathetic state of affairs.
