    @airtelindia today is the 4th day I don't have any internet. I can get new connections in 2 hours, but your technicians can't resolve a "back-end modem configuration" issue. So a big company doesn't care about their customers and water is wet, I suppose.

    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, Pathetic service in my area. Unable to call and unable to use internet, is there any way except switch from Airtel. Have complained many times since 2 weeks bt no satisfactory outcomes.

    @airtelindia What kind of service you guys are providing. It's so freaking annoying. I am trying to reach my family from past 3 hours and i am not able to reach them because of you F**king network connection. Its been several mnth I have been reporting and there is no rspns only.

    Airtel customer was not rectifying my signal issue every time the call center employees saying that "we are sorry, We are taking the complaint" but my issue was not resolved till now. why we are paying money for internet and their network.. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI
