    @airtelindia @FibreAirtel Your service so pathetic i Kanpur that every 3rd day wifi service goes down. Since yesterday wifi service is down with no engineer visit yet. You assigned Ajay, Adarsh and Gaurav as engineer and no one is able to resolve this issue.

    Struggling to schedule wi fi connection of @airtelindia since last 4 days. None of their online, phone numbers, chat etc provide the service. Even visit to office not effective.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews i am facing issue with airtel network for few days shows emergency calls only and not registering to local network. I am in Netherlands and i have active IR pack. Tried contacting live chat from airtel app. But no resolution yet.Pls help

    Hi @airtelindia I and my all family member have ported out from jio thinking your service is better. But it was biggest mistake. Call drop, unclear voice call, worst internet. Not in one place but every where. Don’t know what @TRAI is doing for customers?

    @airtelindia Pathetic service. In Maradu, Kochi, there was a storm and your dish fell. Instead of sending an engineer, after 5 days of complaint 656244266, what do you do? Send a sales guy named Sooraj who dupes my 80 yr old mother and asks for my Aadhar. I caught him. Shame!!

    I just ported to @airtelindia and it’s been 3 days I have been struggling to get my e-Sim activated despite multiple visits to Airtel store .. and there’s no way I can reach out to Airtel Customer Service on mobile app or website or call centre … Regretting my porting decision

    These incompetent buffoons from @Airtel_Presence couldn’t fix an internet connection for 2 days and don’t even have the decency to respond when reached out over call. @airtelindia . High time people in Pune revert to local operators and shun these useless folks at once.
