    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Sorry to say wifi nonfunctional & non of your local team member pick up the phone. Customer is really at your mercy & helpless. Have not seen worst service. No one bothers in your company. Have your wifi since last 4 days & not working since 3 days.

    And @JioCare has hired such a brilliant resources that they tell me due to more number of people accessing internet this is happening. Either I am living in Mumbai or their infrastructure has been not upgraded. @airtelindia what's your service? I'm strongly considering!

    @airtelindia surely doesn't know how to keep customers. You don't say technician will solve the issue by at most 12.30 pm and then forget about it. Ridiculous! Time to change broadband services, it seems.
