    @airtelindia I have purchased a Fastag from your local associate. It is still not active after 15 days. Made complaint twice. Response of your associate is pathetic. Lost hours of time on tolls during my last travel. Need your attention.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia still I have not received any call from engg. If it takes such effort 2 upgrade the box then btr I should switch 2 other service provider than getting frustrated. How pathetic dat isue is pending for last 2 months n no one care to resolve. Absolute painful n awful.

    @airtelindia @rsprasad Why cannot I get 4g signal 24x7. My network is frequently jumping to E. What do I do with your fastest internet, when I am not even getting a network. And I must say you will achieve a "ZERO" complaint someday because airtel app has no place to complaint.
