  @airtelindia I am tired now, wifi connectivity is very bad, router doesn’t work properly and I have complained multiple times still it’s not getting resolved. I want to change the router now. Every time technician gives lame excuses. @jagograhakjago

  @airtelnews Extremely disappointed with @airtelindia. My services were deactivated while I’m abroad, and I’m told that I or a blood relative must visit Karnataka to resolve it. None of us live there! How is this a solution? @Airtel_Presence Please resolve this urgently.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This is extremely disappointing and reflects a serious lack of transparency and accountability in Airtel’s service. The Airtel app itself prompted the purchase of a Wi-Fi UPS for power backup, with a clear assurance that it would be installed within 48 hours. But, no response.

  Wi-Fi issue unresolved since 13th Aug. Technician visited twice, but Wi-Fi stops working again within 10–20 mins after repair. New technician isn’t answering calls. Now I’m told it’ll be fixed on 15th Aug. Extremely disappointing service! @airtelindia @airtel

  So after giving so many chances to @reliancejio to fix network stability in our city as we are paying for 5G & still getting 4g most of time I've decided to port all 10 sim cards of our family to @airtelindia let's see how it goes.
