    @airtelindia @airtelnews - what kind of customer service you do provide? 6 days to resolve an issue? Improper & unfit customer service engineers/TL - to provide an update to the customer. If u can't fix the issue. Accept the incapability and take connection surrender request

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence !!! Pathetic customer service. I have been trying to add a HD channel for my settop box for the last 3 days and no luck. Customer care emails back asking for confirmation then nothing. Did a missed call and still NOTHING!!!!
