@airtelindia , I registered a network complaint 31-3605695889767 and this was closed without resolution and they didn’t even inform before closure, I had to call 198 to reopen the complaint , then again today they closed it without even checking if the issue was resolved.Pathetic

Dear @airtelindia you claim to be a zero complain company, may that is because you give zero important to complains I have logged a complain on your app several times with one of the complaint id 31-3609023534184. You are not addressing it. Your customer care dont let me talk too
