    Hey @airtelindia I have been chasing a broadband complaint from a month. Tried 121 and also escalated to nodal contacts 20 days back. All of them are worthless. "please wait 24 hours we are working on it" has been standard response. @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence #AirtelBlackHole
