After being a very loyal customer for @airtelindia, even during 2016 when jio started offering free data &voice service, @airtelindia has suspended my no.8828265290 which was using since 2015. Customer care no 121 is not at all helpful & its quite irritating. @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia what kind of service you are providing to a customer my broadband is not working since 1st may and on 7th the ticket automatically got closed now again i have to open a new ticket can you explain why such a delay when you promise a resolution in 24 hours.
