    @airtelindia It is impossible to reach out to you guys, called on 121 and 198 both, circled in the IVR menu for more than 10 minutes. No easy way to talk to customer support.

    I think @airtelindia switches off it's towers after 6-6:30pm. Otherwise I don't see any other reason for such pathetic network in the evening.

    @airtelindia Why misleading people. The actual speed is zero bcoz ur connections don't work for weeks. N nothing is done regarding any complaints as ur motto is only bills, no service.

    @airtelindia worst customer service it's been more than 24 hours with a broad band problem. They send Tacniticon he just comes and sees and goes with no solution. Is this the way you give customer service. Very Disappointed.
