@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia as I am not receiving any OTP. Complaint got registered on 4th jan. till now no resolution. It this a way to handle a complaint while broadcasting ad to have zero questions with customer <2/2>

Just now, he had to wait for 1 hour to connect to a senior guy of @airtelindia @airtelbroad customer support and he said that he cannot assure us anything. He said he want to cancel it and get his money back which he paid last week for the plan which has not activated yet.

@airtelindia If you are not going to give cashback then please don't commit it. Recharge done but cashback is still not credited to my account. Your customer care person told that he cannot raise a complaint about this issue. What kind of fraud is this.

@sak19aug @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence This proves that handing over the reigns to Private Service providers is not a guarantee/key to good services, rather monopoly or limited players in a field is too dangerous, for the interest of the Consumers. Limited players start dictating the market.
