Me and my family has been a customer since last 20 years and today by mistake I wanted to change the sim as it was not ok but then in their app when i requested for a change of the same it converted to post paid and the customer care can't do anything @airtelindia

Hi @airtelindia I lost my sim in United Kingdom and I want a replacement sim with same number urgently. Customer care said it was possible via video call confirmation but in office they are denying now. This is truly annoying now. Please respond and help.
