    Worst service from @airtelindia Amount paid for a new connection, but till now no installation and no response from your team.This is completely unacceptable. Either install immediately or refund my money.otherwise I’ll move to @JioCare, who offer faster service. #Airtel #PoorS

    @airtelindia just ported to Airtel Postpaid, and now I think it was my biggest mistake. No incoming calls from other networks are connecting to my number. I'm just frustrated with Airtel after 1 day. I have complained over the phone, but it has not been resolved yet, for more than 7 hours now. This is my business number, and clients can't even reach me right now. No help, nothing!!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia internet is still down: 36 hrs. Initial TAT was 3pm,today. Assigned engineers not picking calls. Hollow promises & pacifying tactics. I cant work & i cant go somewhere else to work coz engineers havent visited. #Ridiculous

    @SamSiff @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Never had such problems with jio. Been a customer from start. This is the first time I had to switch to airtel because my area had some temporary network problem with jio. I regret my decision. You can't call toll free numbers, customer care never responds, network is ****.

    @airtelindia my ivr language is English but why the 121 call goes to hindi customer support rather than English customer support. Looks like you are not considered all other languages. Hindi only not languages in India😡 . Agent not transferring the call and no luck multiple call
