@JioCare For slow Speed we have raised so many compliments and even person visit couldn't help me 2 days ago jio internet was not working for 4 hours everyday 4 to 5 Times your network stops working trust Just because of your poor service everyone is using @airtelindia for backup.

Agent says it will take 10 working days to resolve the call drop and internet issue can @airtelindia explain if 10 days time so I have paid for that 10 days with no service why I have been charged the service should extend for 10 days in my account if no service available.
