@airtelindia Airtel! Since 1st june my data is not working. It's 5th june today(ending). No update. No solution. You respond to send you DMs. But you do not bother to open them. Such a disappointing experience. Definitely not great customer care service.

been 3 days without internet. i have already spent a lot 4 WFH. i had to go to cafe and spend to work.3 days no resolution. no compensation Facing harrassment from Airtel in last 3 days i would have made more tan 20 calls Looks like we need to go 2 jio @airtelindia @reliancejio

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I ported from Airtel prepaid to postpaid. It's been 24 hrs my old Sim is not functional and new Sim is not registered. All you customer executive have different version of solution and neither is working. Does it takes 24-48 hrs just to switch??

@airtelindia whole of the kishtwar district is facing network outage from past 2 and you people are not doing anything, goona switch to other network tomorrow only and fastest network company please change the fastest word into slowest and worst service provider

@VittalGopal In all Airtel Mobiles in my facility there is ZERO SIGNAL for last 37 days. Despite repeated complaints to @airtelindia , no one has contacted since lodging complaint. Someone from @TRAI visited and confirmed no signal. Pls help
