It takes more that 24 hours to shift a wireless broadband connection for a company like @airtelindia . It’s more than 24 hours now and they promised me another 24 hours. But for new connections they will act in 15 mins but really don’t value a 12 year old customer.

@airtelindia no resolution hs been done on the fraud that was done by an Airtel Faridabad employee. I paid money at Airtel Faridabad sec 79 for DTH and now the lady has stopped picking my phone. Sent you a DM already but it has been a week but no resolution.

@Airtel_Presence I have shared ONCE again my contact details via your DM. Fail to understand why you keep asking the same question for the past 10 years this has been my handle and it has always been mapped to the same @airtelindia number. Seems @Airtel_Presence never cares for a single customer.

@airtelindia We are using Airtel business leased line service. Since yesterday the internet has yet to be fixed and allow us even raise the request. Unable to reach CRM, We hear the pre-recorded messages when we dial numbers. There is not option to work the internet.
