@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence This is not done!! Had my complaint lodged on 21st and its about 72hours now and no resolution yet. Every time I call the customer care, they promise it to be done in 48hours. So are your 48hours longer than earth's standard time??😡

@airtelindia Hi, request no. 10000610501 for Airtel Xstream Fiber ID 054981901227_dsl. Issue raised on 21st but no one visit on site and not arranged a single call. Please look into it. Very poor service .

@Airtel_Presence Paid for a prepaid broadband for 6 months and could not use it at all. It was converted to post paid and have been trying to get it disconnected. Sent email, called customer service without success. Fed-up with Airtel. @airtelindia @airtelnews

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I recharged my mothers number but she continues to get automated call to recharge. I called 121, bunch of jokers sending SMS to configure 4G and advising to enable DND. You folks are too rude and don’t really care about the issue. #pathetic
