  @airtelindia wifi down for almost over 24 hours now with messages of “we are actively working on it”. Pls get the issue resolved.24 hours turnaround time is little too much these days.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The Wifi team is pathetic from Airtel side. Once the sale is done, no one attends the call. The installation team is not responding, the sales team is not responding. Pathetic service. I want to cancel the wifi installation and want the refund.
