    @airtelindia we are facing lot of touble of network in our Aurahi Jaunpur Uttar Pradesh.i have purchased dongle because that it was working properly now dongle become liability for me being 6 months validity.plesse do something or else purchase back the dongle

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence As per your advertisement is the Fastest network you have across INDIA, But I am not getting that much speed .then also I am using Airtel WIFI for my office work. But from last week network is very poor.

    It has been 24 hours that @airtelindia Xstream fibre has been down. @Airtel_Presence the company doesn’t seem to communicate with its customers about the issue. In this 21st century it’s all about customer centric approach. #Airtel did fail in this

    @Airtel_Presence Ticket 135787550 is closed without resolving issue.We did not even receive a call. Same happening since 2 months.Hence reached out to you via social media. Even it is yielding same results. What kind of service is this ? Do you take responsibility my job loss ? @airtelindia
