I recharged my broadband connection, lost internet within days, waited through repeated false assurances, and after temporary restoration the connection failed again within 2 days. For over 5 days I have faced recurring outages, ignored DMs, unanswered emails, missed promises from support teams, and no real accountability. What is more frustrating is that neighbors using Airtel in the same area have working internet while I continue receiving the same “area outage/upgradation” explanation repeatedly. Customer care contact options are nearly impossible to access and even escalation channels are not responding properly. At this point this is no longer a temporary technical issue but repeated service failure and poor customer support experience. I no longer want troubleshooting. I want immediate permanent disconnection of my broadband connection along with closure request confirmation and refund/adjustment for the unusable service period. Please stop automated replies and provide actual resolution.

Because the photo is outdated, genuine users may not be able to purchase or renew a SIM for physical damage sim.Please correct this process
