@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Pathetic internet service in this area. Even it took me lots of effort to tweet about this issue. No net or very slow. Shows 4G but It is not even 3G.U guys don't care about our issues. I complned for the same problem in Nov.- Dec. Nothing changed.

@airtelindia have brought one fiber conn which was not worked properly after that raised request for issue person came 3 time but issue was not solved req raised for disconnection person came and collect the router and said you will get refund within 45 days still i am waiting

Hello @airtelindia, your broadband is not working in my area, in Thane city, for last 3 days. Raised multiple tickets which were marked resolved. It is impacting my work. The technician assigned to tickets is not picking up my calls either. Pathetic customer support also.
