@sana2k2 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence That is the point. The wiring should be completely fiber optic upto the router which we call Fiber to the Home (FTTH). If it is not so, I suppose they have patched via ethernet cable which definitely reduces speed. Changing service provider is only option if FTTH is not there.

I was staying in Noida sector 46 and wanted to shift my AIRTEL WIFI to my new address in Noida sector 75. I had more than worst experience with these @airtelindia customer service. They kept on nagging and told me that my issue would be resolved but they made me infact helpless.

@airtelindia I raised a complaint for the same that my mobile internet is not working bt I rcvd a reply dt they will resolve my issue in 15 days if u can’t solve a basic mobile internet issue within a day then why u guys make ads dt airtel has best mobile internet network
