@airtelindia Got broadband, logged in to the a/c and also got the APP. APP or the website doesn't allow anyway to contact airtel for any complaint. And there is no phone number given there either to contact. you just want people to work really hard to contact you ??

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your airtel express took extra 51 ₹ in the name of sim activation. The offer was for 649 and I ended up paying 700₹. Never thought Airtel has such customer service. Sorry for taking such service.

@ACTFibernet very pathetic and arrogant service provider. No customer service. No option of pausing the internet service in app. No option of downgrading the internet speed. How long we will have to servive their monopoly in Bangalore. @airtelindia @reliancejio have good future.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Due to improper and poor communication of your representatives I've been forced to pay rs.2050+ instead of the actual rs.1500 shown in app for xstream box upgrade. Also, I've recharged for 2060 rupees yesterday but not it shows oly 2.46. Contact ASAP
