@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Xstream dth box is so damn slow with Android apps. It certainly needs an hardware upgrade. You’ve got a cheap Chinese product and selling it in the name of Android. I’m having to switch to tv every time I need to use an app such as YouTube.

@airtelindia I have availed international roaming pack of 1 month for my business trip of 1 week. Only data is working. Incoming or outgoing calls don’t work. Raised a complaint and the expected resolution time is 15 working days!! Frustrating!!!

@airtelindia Don’t ever opt for Airtel Digital TV, audio & video quality is so bad that you can’t watch it on good 4K TV with audio bring very low in volume & quality. Non responsive customer care is an added bonus that have live with. And there culture of customer grievance redressal..🙏🏼🙏🏼

This is the reason I hate Airtel xtream. They don't even compare to jio fibre. Even they give 30 ping on game but their network is so pathetic that I can't even play a single player online game. @Airtel @airtelindia
