Later, the KYC team visited and collected another ₹1500. After that, the installation team came and said there is no 5G/network feasibility in my area, so the connection was cancelled. Despite calling customer support multiple times, I still haven’t received my refund. Very disappointing experience. Please resolve this issue and refund my money ASAP. Every time your team gives false assurance that it will be resolved in a few hours, but nothing has been fixed yet. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.
