@airtelindia - I've been following up for my broadband reconnecting for last 10 days. On 17th Nov received a complaint number(124474902)with 24 hrs TAT promise. Not yet solved. Today Cust-care exc has disappeared keeping call on hold. #Airtel #broadband #poorcustomerservice

@airtelindia @airtelnews One of the worst broadband connection one can ever have. Internet speed sucks, for you such a beautiful speed people might loose their job as with such low speed how can a person work. Will you resolve or I need to arrange a different network ?
