@Rajaji_Subbu @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 15 minutes is a very normal time. They even put you on hold / make you wait for longer time even if you try calling them post midnight. Further don't expect that your problem will be solved by calling them. They don't resolve anything

@airtelindia how can I talk to your customer care executive?? you have millions options on ur IVR but not a single option to talk to customer care person. Can you arrange a callback atleast? my money is stuck with you..
