REALLY disappointed with Airtel service today. I applied for a new SIM card which was supposed to be active in 4 hours. The SIM hasn’t been active even after that so I reached out to 121, 198, 9898012345 but they aren’t supporting/solving my problem.@airtelindia @TRAI

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Hi We have taken a new duplicate airtel sim before leaving india as we hv lost the old sim. At present we are in international roaming (muscat) but there is no signal for the sim & i think the sim is not activated. #airtel kindly look into this asap.

I'm continuously complaining about this to Your Support executive, Supervisors and Managers everybody (both call and emails) for more than 50 days. They all commits me to solve my problem within 24/ 48 hrs. It's day 50+ but problem is still same. @airtelindia
