    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have been facing issues with your broadband Network in Pratibhanagar, Kolhapur-416008. The app says a network outage since 2 days. The time to resolution gets extended every 2 hrs. You have also made it so difficult to reach a human on cust care.

    @airtelindia I stay in 6th crs mangamnaplya blore-560069 cal now. 9916821786 I don't have network coverage inside my home. Issue has been raised 3 times yet to get resolved, losing the hope on ur service. Thanks

    @airtelindia First take care of existing net connection. Its such a bottleneck. In fast paced net world, no net from last 15 hrs. Such a pathetic service. Who else are facing connection issue?

    @airtelindia @airtelindia i am Airtel one customer, created SR for wrong bill of SMS. received call that it will be reverted back. call closed after 6 days without solution. unable to create new SR now and no option to escalate. worst experience. S req no-31-3615554353089
