    @airtelindia at worst here inside my office in Salt Lake, Kolkata. Hv to switch my network mode to 2G only to get a few bars. This has been a long pending issue with multiple complaints beforehand, but zero result. With no action, I get a msg that problem is solved! Every time!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia - Since morning, I'm trying to connect to your representative thru 121, 198. None of them are connecting to representative. Is this this kind of service you provide to customers. I did MNP 4m Jio to Airtel paying 399 but recharge is not reflecting.

    Hello @airtelindia I have requested several times for change my billing cycle for 6 monthly to monthly. But every time your customer care executive raises a tickets and after that no action has been taken on that tickets. Finally my optical fiber line has been disconnected today.

    Very very bad experience from airtel about there eSim service. Contacted to customer care of airtel. They regenerate the req and told me to reply the confirm within 8 hour of message.after 7 days again they told me to do same process. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia u change validity plan from 49 to 79 and gives only 28 day validity and not give any other plan of more only validity options.its same for the company. if this kind of atitude is continuing by airtel i will change my opretor and never recommended any one ...
