    @airtelindia I am Anuj . Your recovery agents are continuously harassing me by calling me to get back the set-top box but never come to collect it. Today is the day to collect between 10 to 11am but I am still waiting. Please stop this harassment

    @airtelindia hi broadband connection is down from the morning... Raised a compliant and got resolution time time as April 04, 2022 (3:30 PM) .. Why we need to wait for 1 day to get broadband connection back...? My request ID is 10028552151..

    @airtelindia Not happy with Postpaid Internet service. I'm using Airtel Postpaid service from last 12 years. Registered compliant with Airtel with token 31-3957810811953. No follow-up taken by escalation team, no-one is taking responsibility to address my issue.
