It is extreme level of harassment by the network service provider of @airtelindia . Internet is not working properly at our locality for a month.i therefore appeal to the team of @airtelindia give us special privileges over our pack in course of this interruption .

@airtelindia Suddenly, mobile signal lost. Raised complaint in app, exp closure in 15days. Called cust care, no opt to reach agent. Went to Airtel store, person told the login didn't work, can't help. Called another store, they can't help. Incapable cust care/store. Need help/fix
