Hello @airtelindia, I am a regular prepaid Internet connection customer. Today when I called up the customer care to request them to share my Ebill for the preceding month, they REFUSED to do so stating policy change in which prepaid customers will not be given bills. 1/2

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I ported from Vodafone to Airtel because of better service and internet speed. But with Airtel basic coverage area in Goa is very bad. I regret my decision & planning to switch again. @goacm is also not working honestly for improvement in this issue.
