    @airtelindia i am one of the user of airtel. The network is too bad in our location since 2 months. We cannot do any WFH works due to poor network. Airtel care, Could you please check and proper action on my issue?

    Paying for an Airtel plan that promises unlimited 5G, connected to a 5G network in a covered area, yet the unlimited 5G benefit isn't working. Customers are paying for a service they're not receiving. @AirtelIndia please explain and resolve this. #Airtel5G

    Very disappointed with Airtel's service. My WiFi and DTH have been down since last night,and multiple follow-ups, nobody has come to fix the issue. Had to spend extra money on a separate recharge to continue working. Complaint No: 11032554707 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    And when you try to connect with Airtel customer care, it’s just endless IVR loops. No agent ever gets in touch. Stuck listening to "Press 1 for..." while data doesn't work. @airtelindia

    It's reaching 48hrs now. They told the maximum resolution time is today 3:30pm. But still there is no technicians reached home to check it. I'm not sure how it's works.. If they come on 3:30 if work continuous after a day what they will do. Worst service ever @airtelindia
