@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Please ask your technicians to stop fooling your customers...Evertime they just assure me that my problem is resolved and ask for an OTP but after few hours of that again I am facing the same issue...please provide me a genuine resolution..please 053246106823_dsl

Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i have raised complaints on 3rd July about my broadband connection. It's been more than 6 days and still not resolved. When you are going to resolve this issue? Today you cleverly changed the raised issue date from 3rd July to 9th July.

@JioCare Thanks anuja, yes the service is available in my area. We all will cancel @airtelindia and opt for jio as broadband is an essential service for wfh and we cannot risk our jobs due to poor service.
