@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I had raised broadband service issue on 10/04. Since then engineer has just calling me everyday, asking to check speed and then speaks rudely when the issue is not solved. Instead of visiting and correcting the issue, he calls and does nothing

@GauravK01184996 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia The government should also help the customers, they paid their hard earned money to these pathetic people. I faced 2 experiences in less than 2 weeks. Every time I had to chase local technician, customer support, their Twitter handle. Nobody cared!
