Arihant Jain (@Arihant_20) reported@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Not a single SMS, email, or phone call from Airtel regarding my complaint. Customer care gave me a technician's number. I called 6 times before he answered, only to say the ticket wasn't assigned to him and asked me to call customer care again.

Sandeep Borana 💯%Follow back (@SandeepBorana9) reported@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @sunilbmittal Are we fools that we pay you and still have to call you again and again? If you guys don’t have the capability to provide service, then why are you even running the company?
-
Arihant Jain (@Arihant_20) reported@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I've even escalated the matter to the Appellate Authority, and still there has been no response. It is shocking that a company of Airtel's scale cannot provide even basic communication to a paying customer. A local ISP would have handled this far better.

Harshit Raul (@HarshitRaul) reportedDear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia, my Airtel Xstream Fiber has been down for over 36 hours. I've called customer care multiple times, but I only get an automated message saying you're upgrading services.
