Hi @airtelindia / @Airtel_Presence, we have been using Airtel broadband at my home since April 2022, from last three months we are facing frequent downtime, every atleast 2 to 3 days no internet, as of now yesterday morning we have raised a complaint for network down, 1/2

@airtelindia it has been 24 hours and calls are not connecting from my Airtel number. It is so irritating because we are paying and getting poor service from Airtel, while calls are connecting properly from jio. Look into matter, i can provide further info in DM.

@airtelindia @airtelnews Airtel Executive turns up for DTH service requested, does his job, takes fee & assures it won’t get billed separately. Surprisingly it does ! Help Ticket raised 3 days ago; Airtel Executive comes but to no avail ! Does anybody care @Airtel_Presence ?
