    @Airtel_Presence yesterday I have registered a complaint vide SR no 131409854, Fiber ID no 016046307191, till now it's not been resolved. Today I had a very important exam which was missed out due to poor service of @airtelindia .

    @JadejaParamveer @GTPLHathwayLtd I am very frustrated with the service provided by GTPL.. unprofessional way they handle the outages.. I m widout internet since 4 days wid no update/resolution. It is a disaster for WFH situation. SR 9682983. @airtelindia i would lyk 2 try yours.

    Been struggling with @airtelindia for 3 weeks now. ISP guy promised 100mbps up and down whilst I'm currently getting only 4mbps up The guy literally pestered me for 10 days calling twice a day for registration and payment. And now has been ignoring my calls and texts for 15 days.

    @airtelindia i want to share the pathetic experience with airtel customer care. Recently my broadband connection updated to fiber.I was already under airtel one plan.Calling support for last 5 days to upgrade my speed to 200mbps but no support provided.Only false commitments!!
