    @airtelindia I am facing wifi issues since late night on June 12th, formally logged complaint on June 13th with no resolution or engineer visiting till June 16. You customer support doesn’t provide any concrete timeline on escalating the issue and resolving the problem.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Worst ever network for the response for the customers. No proper person contact at airtel. Every time I having issue with airtel network. Also the person said in call, "I'll mark it as 0 bill for your account, you just pay Rs. 707 only. But still no response. Still remain same.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia very poor customer service when it comes to discontinuing a specific service. The call gets disconnected always. I’ve been following up since 5 months as I have stopped using DTH yet it still continues to show up in my monthly bill.
