    @airtelindia a I am really disappointed with the support.since last 1 year i have raised multiple issue for data slowness however didn't get any solution so I migrated to prepared by paying the due bill but still airtel is sending bill and attempting to debit from account.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 8 sms & emails from 17 Nov 21 to me about mobile payment due in 30 Nov! Makes me feel proud that I am very important in your scheme of cashflow! But same time worried that a payment of 1.1k is so important fir such a large service provider!

    This time if the issue is not fixed permanently, I have no other choice other than disconnecting the service and move to @airtelindia. This affects my work as I'm doing WFH. Please fix this issue permanently or disconnect the connection. #JioFiber #Jio
