@airtelindia You need to correct an operational point while enrolling new customers. Your agents have this habit of taking down email ID's with spelling mistake. As a result, bill dont come for a while on email and then its a pain to correct that

@airtelindia Very bad service from Airtel. The minimum amount to recharge to receive calls has been increased from Rs.49 to Rs.79 suddenly.
