    Is this how @airtelindia / @Airtel_Presence treats premium customers? I've been paying for the ₹1795 plan, and after raising a Wi-Fi complaint, your service agent literally told me to change my service provider because "mobility down hai" and "aane ka koi faida nahi hai."

    Pathetic service from @airtelindia it’s been a week since I had requested IPTV and paid the amount. No one has reached out to me till now and following up with customer care past 4 days. Customer care team telling that they had escalated the issue and no one came for installation

    @JioCare If this issue continues, I'll have no option but to disconnect my JioFiber connection and switch to another provider like @airtelindia . I can't keep paying for a service that gets disconnected almost every day. I expect a permanent resolution, not repeated excuses. @JioCare

    @airtelindia The internet connection is very poor in our area. Specially at night after 7pm there is very slow network connection.
