    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews : Literally fooling customer through their broadband internet service by asking to pay more through customer care call. I chose for 999 service for 12 months and paid entire amount with GST in advance but still plan didn't change.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence #airtelcustomercare on email is the worst. I had emailed in 0ct'22 to update my GSTIN in the bill sent reqd docs over email. They say they tried calling on my no. Both airtel and alternate no. And they are still unable to reach me from past 4months.
