    @Airtel_Presence Great "support" closing a ticket while the service is still broken. My AirFiber is still unusable. Is this how @airtelindia handles WFH customers? Reopen the case and provide a real solution, not just a DM.

    @airtelindia you made requesting eSIM QR email (via SMS & Airtel Thanks app) and contact a human support so impossible that the most sensible option I was left with was to Port out.

    Airtel fiber internet services have degraded with time. I switched to another service in Rahatani. Now Runal Gateway Kiwale customers are furious and soon all your customers will switch. The same problem is with the mobile network. Take action @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @AdobeExpress Bogus service by airtel, my wifi stop working from last 5 days. I m trying to connect to airtel, but doesn’t connect. I talk to local centre they said you have to raise complaint vis airtel thanks app. Also done all the things but still doesn’t resolve my problem.

    @airtelindia @airtelsupport Airtel Black customer, there has been absolutely no progress. I have received no proper response from the installation engineer, nor any clear communication on when the installation will be completed.

    It’s 13th April and still no resolution. My broadband has been down for over 10 days now with no proper update or fix. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Requesting immediate action on my complaint. @airtelindia please resolve this urgently. #Airtel #BroadbandIssue

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Hi Airtel, As you couldn't not fix the problem even after multiple complaint and since it's been more than 40 days. Arrange to collect your garbage and refund ASAP.
