    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have repeatedly ask to change my plan to 499. No-012046861309_dsl Still airtel turns deaf on customer request. Also, why is such option not in the app itself. @MoitOfficial Clearly causing unnecessary hindrance to downgrade plan.

    Worst experience with #airtelXtreme booked my connection 3 days before. Engineer is supposed to arrive yesterday but he's giving excuses just because I haven't booked my connection through him. 3 days without internet.🥹 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews
