    @airtelindia just ported to Airtel Postpaid, and now I think it was my biggest mistake. No incoming calls from other networks are connecting to my number. I'm just frustrated with Airtel after 1 day. I have complained over the phone, but it has not been resolved yet, for more than 7 hours now. This is my business number, and clients can't even reach me right now. No help, nothing!! Even no reply in DM!!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Tagging leadership of Bharti Airtel including Gopal Vittal for urgent attention. Airtel Black customer since Oct 20 & WiFi user for 12+ yrs ,yet facing consistently poor WiFi performance with NO resolution.This is unacceptable for a premium service.

    @airtelindia I am on 1 year unlimited 5G plan and now after 2GB speed goes down heavy around 0.5 MBPS, I was working previously and my Area have strong 5G internet... No support worked nothing working... Don't sell the **** that you can't deliver.

    Trust @airtelindia to ruin your day every single day! Ported my circle from WB to Delhi because I was facing massive network related issues on WB circle after moving to Gurgaon. Sim swap happened last night and now am unable to make outbound calls. Airtel is the single biggest theft disguised as a telecom operator , in this country. And its getting worse from here!! @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Dear Airtel Customer Support, I am writing to request for assistance regarding my recent transition from a prepaid connection to a postpaid plan. I had an active prepaid plan worth ₹3,500, which was valid for 365 days. At the time of switching to the postpaid connection, a significant portion of this plan was still unused. My understanding was that the remaining value or benefits of the prepaid plan would be adjusted or transferred to my new postpaid account. However, I would like confirmation on whether this transfer has been processed. If not, I kindly request you to initiate the transfer or provide an appropriate adjustment of the remaining prepaid balance into my postpaid plan.

    Internet broadband is down since last evening 3 days work from home coming up Assigned tech saying some other team has to do it Not able to escalate After multiple gaps over the months again on the long weekend Please help @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia My issue hasn't been resolved which was raised through the app, and the query has been closed by your employee. New query is not being raised because the automated call records wrong registered number. Do something.
