    Absolutely pathetic services @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia ,atleast twice the internet breaks down weekly,no proper response to complaints,internet gets down at 5pm can’t raise a complaint for that day,ironically the next time slot given is 6pm,next level of corporate negligence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews This is absolutely unacceptable. My Wi-Fi has been down since the 2 days, what kind of service is this please handle customer grievances instead of forcing people to deal with useless bots? Query tickets get closed automatically

    @airtelbank @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence URGENT: Fraud Alert. Received call from +918064345706 claiming to be Airtel re: card courier. When I refused, they threatened to disconnect my service. My SIM is now inactive (SIM-swap fraud suspected)

    @airtelindia My experience with airtel is far from satisfactory, every month i pay the bill and what i get in return is half of the service. In a month more than 15 days wifi is not working, this time also wifi not working since past 5 days

    @airtelnews But why my Air fibre wifi is not working from more than 2 days still network congestion what rubbish if you cannot afford to provide service why do you install. I have already shared the details but no result @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence.
