    @nikhilAKAsunny @airtelindia The issue is this. Looks like they have outsourced the maintenance to locals vendors and there is no coordination and they are also not trained. Two days back an engineer came in sleeveless and shorts and I asked for ID and he didn’t have. This is also a security risk. Useless.

    Every month i get a call from customer care that they will cancel the connection after the bill is paid.from past three months ,they have been telling me this.I,going by morals have been diligent and didnt make any scene out of it. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have closed my broadband connection, still got bill and customer care person RAJKUMAR says U have activated the connection. Wat a joke. I am continuously getting calls from Retension team for activated connection LOL. Account number 20000645760.

    @airtelindia @airtelcares PLEASE DISCONNECT SERVICES ON MY DONGAL WITH NUMBER 8050356970. NO ACTION IS BEING TAKEN BY TECH SUPPORT OR CUSTOMER CARE.THEY SEND BILLS AFTER BILLS EVRY MONTH DESPITE NO USAGE DONE.

    @airtelindia i am not able to access my mobile internet can you please fix this up asap. I have paid for the service and have bought the plan for the entire year and i am very disappointed.
