I had faith in @airtelindia as one of the best telco service in India until I arrived in India yesterday and took a new prepaid simcard. Its been 24hrs the Sim card isn’t activated as well as I cant connect to a rep to get a help. @Airtel_Presence no-one cares?

@Airtel_Presence @airtelnews @airtelindia the broadband is still not working. Everytime they ask registered mobile number and then no resolution at all. This is very frustrating. It’s better to switch to any other service provider now
