    @airtelindia i got the airtel black dth + broadband connection installed on Sunday and the internet has been out since Monday morning. The customer care and the regional engineers have been of zero help.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Dear Airtel, Ref.: Order Id : 218944636 Regretfully i have to inform you that the customer care service provided by your executive is worst. We have made payment for Broadband and DTH connection and still the same has not been installed at yet.
