@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have raised a shift connection request but nobody has responded to that. Its been more than a week now. On re raising the concern the customer care executive mentioned that the field executive will get in touch with I am still waiting for it.

@airtelindia every alternate day there is an internet outage and they are not ready to raise ticket as they want to reach 0 tkt, when I talked with customer care they said you can switch to other network, we should not trust @airtelindia for office work. Shame

@airtelindia it's been 15 days just to shift my connection from the 5th floor to the 1st floor of the same building. Clearly your service is not as fast as you claim your internet speed to be.
