This kind of greed and neglect is exactly what killed giants like Nokia. With pathetic customer service and a careless attitude, Airtel is walking the same path to downfall

    @airtelindia Airtel Black appears to be only on paper. In reality services are pathetic. Internet issues take long despite giving tall promises! Send someone to resolve my internet instead of changing dates. Suffering since 3 months. For some or other issue internet goes away! :(

    I have been facing an issue with @airtelindia services that whenever the power goes out within few minutes the cellular data services goes down with it, I can understand that wifi is dependent on power but why cellular. Tried caling cstr care but in vain. Can I complain to @trai

    @airtelindia Airtel network is poor everywhere, not just in one area. Internet is slow, signal keeps dropping, and unlimited 5G is not working even after a 2.5GB/day recharge. Also, no proper customer care to report issues. Please fix this soon. #Airtel #NetworkIssue #5G
