@airtelindia did not started landline service (through broadband) in Murshidabad till now. @Airtel_Presence should look into the matter. the charges taken for #Airtel_Xtreme_broadband was included the landline service. so @airtelindia not providing their service properly.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I requested to suspend one of (2) of my airtel digital a/c currently running. Took more than 5 attempts & after 60 min on line, cud finally talk with ur lousy customer care rep, who was not trained properly. But result a zero. Still not done.

@airtelindia U have worst coustomer service and dth installation services. They will cancle without any reason and they bring dth and ask extra fee for installation if we complain coustomer num they will not realspon correctly for local we should pay extra money even if it's free

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia The mobile data for mobile no. +91 7023863403 is not working at all even after having a prepaid active plan valid for 15 more days. There is no help from customer support as they are asking to wait till 11 May to resolve this issue. Please help.
