    @prawnzy @airtelindia This is a common solution in USA, airtel India used to have a callback feature earlier but I guess it was discontinued because ppl preferred waiting on the line.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel is worst in my area. Raised concern a numerous times. Experts never contact to understand issue. Top of that they closed each query after 40-45 days. Still going through dead network. seems, it's high time for me to port some other network.

    @airtelindia Your customer support are working great when it comes to switch prepaid from postpaid. But when we want to switch from postpaid to prepaid, no one is responding properly. Customer support asking to contact near by stores. Store agents not even responding. Sad :(

    @airtelindia Pathetic service , someone from CEO office called me saying I will get call in 24hours. Social media team is also having no clue on what's going on. Only copy pasting replies

    @airtelindia Pathetic service from Airtel. Broadband is down since morning. All they do is keep extending the estimated resolution time. This is 3rd major issue in last 10 days.
