@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Broadband 012445128495_dsl Cust care services is almost in halt state. Issue since 17th Aug with no resolution. Cust care supervisor Sanjiv Verma and one other confirmed plan will change within 2 and 4 hours and I will get call back. No one calls

@airtelindia a very bad network which is unable to activate a sim even after submitting the proofs 10hrs ago. Gives fake promises of activation in 4hrs.
