    @airtelindia I have 5 airtel services, never got frustrated but today when I want to close my wifi connection it was tedious you guys have a very sick service exit experience thinking of moving all my services to other network provider

    i’ve genuinely never seen worse after-sales service than @airtelindia. Constant rescheduling, the technician never shows up for installation, and there’s zero accountability. funny how they’re always prompt when it comes to accepting payment - but the moment you pay, they disappear. does anyone know who can help?

    Hey @tataplayfiber, what a terrible service you guys have, wifi is down from the last 2 days and after repeated complaints no concrete resolution from your end so far. I think it's better to switch to @JioCare or @airtelindia they would be happy to onboard us.

    @AirtelIndia I have registered 17 complaints in the last 1 month, but still my internet is not working in Lucknow. Every time your team gives false assurance that it will be resolved in a few hours, but nothing has been fixed yet. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable.
