Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Can I talk to some real human being on customer care number I need help with my data loan I have done recharge twice to settle the data loan but it still showing in my app and your AI assistant irritates me by not understanding my issue

@airtelindia worst customer service,many times called to customer care but not resolved yet,i have recharged my number with 1199/ plan, ott benefits are not activated,amazon prime lite, amazon shop lite both are not activated
