@airtelindia did not started landline service (through broadband) in Murshidabad till now. @Airtel_Presence should look into the matter. the charges taken for #Airtel_Xtreme_broadband was included the landline service. so @airtelindia not providing their service properly.

@airtelindia U have worst coustomer service and dth installation services. They will cancle without any reason and they bring dth and ask extra fee for installation if we complain coustomer num they will not realspon correctly for local we should pay extra money even if it's free
