    @airtelindia network in my hometown is so worse that wp msz is getting stuck. Tried multiple times to contact 198 but couldn't reach customer care, such a pathetic network and worst service. No 5g coming how to do WFH? Resolve this or should I port to @reliancejio 😭😭😭😭

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Just I got to know that my Service Request has been closed without converting my number from Postpaid to Prepaid. Service Request No. 31-1000013615193. Now I will filled the case against Airtel in Court now.
