    @reliancejio @JioCare What can one user do when they are not able to use 5G if all criteria are accepted? I am waiting from last 15 days Daily customer care told me that wait. Now I want to port to @airtelindia They are providing 5G in the same handsets with good Speed.

    @airtelindia It is really hard to get my head around the fact that in a Metro city like Mumbai I cannot get proper range and the 4G internet doesn't work most of the time. First get these basic things right then think.about deploying 5G. Truly Hopeless case

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Re-Enable my Airtel prepaid account on Sat 25Feb. Or give clear reasons why my account blocked despite no pending dues from my side. Do not make me regret for being your mobile customer since 2019, and broadband customer since 2010 .

    @airtelindia Customers beware! Even after bills paid Airtel disconnects your service and makes you pay the paid bills twice. Even after calling customer service they don't have records of payment. Some sort of SCAM.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia your service is very rubbish.. The advisors are not understanding the issue and replying rubbish.. The gallery people asked me to call on 198, and the call agent are asking me to visit Gallery. Hopeless..

    Heights of stupidity. @airtelindia does not have proper customer care to speak to an agent but moreover they just have templates and IVR to answer. How do customers believe that @airtelindia is trustworthy. @Airtel_Presence pathetic service.
