    Airtel fiber internet customer care is non existent. All there is a basic chat bot. Major day time outage and there is no concept of reimbursement for the days cost which is already paid for. So @airtelindia. It's funny they are launching so called innovative network slicing etc.

    Hello @airtelindia , I hv 2 mobile SIM with #Airtel since long back. 1 is prepaid and 2nd is Post Paid. Post Paid (with Android mobile) network is awesome with hi speed net. But on Prepaid (With iPhone 16 Pro Max) Network plays hide & seek with 4G -5G Network with worst speed.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 9+ hours of Airtel Fiber outage across our entire residential society and still no fix or proper update. The app doesn't allow outage ticket creation either. Poor service and communication. When will connectivity be restored?

    @airtelindia I spend 5 days a week at my farmhouse situated at a village called Kurunji in Bhor taluka, Pune district and there is no airtel coverage here. Hence I raised a port request and despite explaining this to your team, they open a ticket for network issue. @TRAI

    @airtelindia I'm getting too much spam calls from ducking poonawala fincorp ****. How to stop this? I ported from jio to airtel, since then I'm getting too many calls like this. Why is @TRAI not looking into this? Just selling the phone numbers

    @airtelindia @AdobeExpress Dear Airtel, pathetic service. Broadband speed is far below committed levels and DTH hardly works properly. Repeated complaints are ignored and customer care offers no solution. Extremely disappointed. #Airtel #PoorService
