    @JioCare My recharge has failed and the amount still has been deducted,the same thing had happened in past as well, precisely on nov 6 , and that amount is yet to be refunded ,is this another way of looting money from customers,i guess @airtelindia is much better service

    @airtelindia pathetic service in sector 17 faridabad. Multiple complaints lodged but no improvement. Why should a customer suffer and pay for nothing?

    Fifth day of DTH defect and no one has bothered to visit. Never expected that customer care /after sales service of @airtelindia will degrade to such a low level. Repeated calls from Social media cell without any solution. Two months of new DTH connection and pathetic service.

    @airtelindia @airtelbank It’s been 30 days and I haven’t received my FastTag and showing as Validating. I tried calling you a lot of times. But your customer care team seems to be quite lazy. Or certain times your number showing not-reachable. Please connect ASAP.

    @ViCustomerCare Ok so I'm just on call with customer care at 198 and according to them there's no other cheaper plan available apart from 399 I'm already running on. So even if I'm not using anything, minimum to be paid is 399+149+taxes. Insane! @airtelindia @reliancejio you got some options?

    @airtelindia no fixed line service is provided even after 30 days of fiber activation in #ROORKEE no complaint number is given even after multiple calls to customer care. All you website and local ads are flashing the fixed line service along with fiber.

    @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare The network at my place is always full but I am not able to make even a single call, while I stand on road besides your tower. Do you now expect me to go and sit on your tower to make phone calls. I am planning to shift to @airtelindia
