No proper service from @airtelindia . I have raised the issue of Airtel dth not working properly. And also reached airtel thanks app. But they are not responding at all.. @ there is no concern from @airtelindia towards its customers

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence your services are horrible. My sim is down due to some issues and for some reason my DTH is out. I cannot do anything. I tried contacting you through the app but there's no response. Don't expect this from you guys.
