  @airtelindia what's going on? My internet suddenly stopped working. Even though I'm getting full 5G network,the speed is only 50–60 KB/s. Everyone else's internet at my home is working fine, but mine isn't. I also tried calling customer care, but there was no response. #airtel

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence F**k you Airtel!!!! Scammer!!! Bloody Airtel🤬 Paying around 600/- per moth (POSTPAID plan), yet I can't even get a stable internet connection for 3 seconds straight. When trying to contact customer support, not connecting. App is also useless! 😡😡

  So @airtelindia thinks it can harass their customers. They had an unplanned outage. They promised it would be resolved by 5:30 PM. The engineer called by around 2 and said he is solving it. I waited till 5:30 no resolution. I called him again and he acted as if he is hearing me for the first time. He said he’ll get back in 2 minutes. But didn’t and switched off his phone. I then called airtel support. They promised it’ll be resolved by 8:30 PM now. I asked what if it doesn’t, and they assured me and then 10 -15 minutes later I receive a message that it’ll now be resolved after 2 days. I call the service engineer and no response. I call airtel support again. One Mr. Ranjith picks up and says that he has spoken to the service engineer’s manager and some other team and they have assured it’ll be done by 8:30. This time I am not willing to believe , so I ask him to change the timelines on the app. He says that I can’t do. And goes on for some time about it. And when I tell him how would I believe you as you are changing timelines arbitrarily. He says now rudely, it’s not him and he hasn’t done anything. I tell him obviously, I meant airtel. He says nothing can be done. I insist if you can’t give me a resolution please cancel , he says go ahead and cancel. I ask to escalate to the manager and he makes me wait for 10 minutes to get the supervisor. Supervisor repeats the same story but I adds a twist, there are two issues and there is an outage and your ticket are separate. But in the same breadth says they not about outage from my ticket. Now I ask when will it be resolved she says 8:30 but isn’t willing to give it in writing. And the saga continues. No WiFi since morning , one day lost!!!! Sigh. By the way every month there is a day or two every month with no Internet. Pathetic !!!!

  14 days. Still no @airtelindia executive for Wi-Fi relocation. Forced to work using mobile data, spending ₹49 every day. This is pure negligence and unacceptable customer service. I trusted Airtel over other providers, but this has been a huge disappointment. #Airtel #WiFi

  @airtelindia , Raised a eSIM to Physical sim change request. Process and Payment done at Airtel gallery at 19:11 IST. Was told eSIM will stop working and switch to Physical Sim by 21:30. Still eSIM is getting network but can't make / receive calls &sms. 198 / 121 no help at all.
