    @VodafoneIdea4 the most pathetic service providers even to so called their premium service(1000₹ appx) per month..you will get worst experience. They stop sms services abruptly affecting your day to day important ops. @airtelindia much better switching soon

    When you come in as a new customer in Airtel, the installation is done the same day. But when a shifting is done across cities, it takes 5 days. The @airtelindia service team has no idea why it takes so much time. The device simply needs installation, not shifting.

    @airtelindia your network is going to be worst day by day.Even Other's network 2g is faster than your 4g network really frustrating for users.

    @reliancejio your prepaid plans are not customer friendly at all. One has to keep his mobile working at min. rates of Rs.209/ per 28 days compare to @airtelindia where it is only Rs. 99/- per 28 days. If this continues, many like me would consider porting to alternative operator.

    @Airtel_Presence 9.Trf to senior exe, he also adamant. No solution given. Failed to tell why the 24th Mar CC told me to wait 24hrs. So its so complicated that I decided to visit JIO store this Friday. Why you should not lose customers @airtelindia
