    @airtelindia Hey I'm unable to use my mobile data for the last 7 days please solve this issue . I'm not knowing wat happened to this network.pleasr solve the issue. Otherwise I would like to change to other mobil networks.

    @airtelindia am an user of airtel postpaid am getting worst service in the area(Tenali)which a prime town in Andhra Pradesh,I have made several requests before also but there is no change in the connection speeds(indoor/outdoor) never expected this from airtel

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence net speed and signal was worse at this location from airtel. The location cant be seen in map so i am typing manually. The place is chowtra center near sangadigunta. Please look into it and make the problem cleared. My number is 7995133774

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence someone called from 9345862357 claiming airtel agent and asking to to upgrade the plan as the data speed will go down from next week in my area. She is asking to pay to her prsnl upi I'd. Plz look into this and I dnt wnt to upgrade to any new plan.!

    Its showing 4g but there is no at least one point of signal this is worst network I ever seen before please rectify this's problem the net speed was too poor & week calling signals @airtelindia 🙏 @JioCare is 100% better then airtel its fact

    @airtelnews @airtelindia I have moved from Gurgaon to Pune & accordingly raised a request to shift my wifi connection to Pune on 1st May (request id 10926299883). I have no resolution till today even after 7 days! Glaring example of pathetic customer service. I have raised other requests for poor network connectivity without any resolution ( request id 31-1000013507129 & 311000013413514). Being a airtel black customer, I expected much better, probably I am wrong by putting all my eggs in one basket or I should port to another service provider. I raised a request for a new connection & immediately was contacted by airtel team but as an existing customer no one is ready to provide a resolution. Looks like it's time to move to a service provider who takes better care of their customers (hopefully ).

    I initiated MNP request 2 port frm BSNL to Airtel.The scheduled porting time was May 9th 23:22. It has been over 1 hrs, but my BSNL SIM is still active & receiving calls,while myAirtel SIM is not working.Pls look into this transition issue urgently @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel doesn't care. You customer support is getting worse day by day.. i have trying from past 15 days to use iptv, i have raised request, paid and even an agent has been assigned.. but no one called or came to install the IPTV, agent number is switched off from past 3 days.. every time i call customer support they say your query would be resolved, or you will receive a call.. nothing is happening. what is the point of airtel black ?

    @airtelindia I think it's now time to switch to different carriers like @JioCare @excitel_rocks and many more not to airtel anymore. Faced many problem during installation and after installation my IPTV was installed after 10-15 days but still paid to that time because of your ******* store.

    @airtelindia Why does it take 15 days to resolve a network issue when an “agent assigned” update itself comes only after 5 days? Interesting choice of words too — calling it a “request” instead of a complaint subtly shifts the mindset from “customer issue to be fixed” to “favor to be granted.” Customers paying monthly rental are not asking for charity; they are paying for a service. If service is unavailable for days, why should customers pay full monthly rent? Will Airtel waive charges for the 15-day disruption period? @Airtel_Presence
