Whether it is @airtelindia @reliancejio @VodaIdea_NEWS mobile network services are very poor in rural #India regardless of which ever technology being offered by these MNO's.

Disappointing should be the synonym for @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My internet is not working since morning. The ETA was 3:30 pm. Now they're saying "we'll call you tomorrow to tell you when it'll be fixed". Disgusting, pathetic, horrible and unacceptable service from airtel.

@airtelindia What a terrible Customer Service I recharged today the same is being shown in My transaction but my account is not updated and when complained they are saying it will take 7 working days. Like seriously 7 days I cannot make calls

@airtelindia I got broadband disconnected 6 months back. Couple fo months back I got a call from Airtel representative that they want me to restore the connection for which there is no installation charges and I agreed but connection was not provided due to feasibility issues 1/2

@abidiqbalshaik @HiHyderabad @airtelindia At least they offer 75GB in 399 that would be crucial once 5G is normal. Today after updating my phone, I took a walk about 2KM, couldn’t find 5G network anywhere in capital.
