    Absolutely pathetic service from @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia yet again My Wi-Fi has been completely dead for 6 days . The exact same nonsense happened to me before and took 5 agonizing days to fix! The local area agency is completely incompetent.

    @airtelindia @TRAI While the Wi-Fi service has been addressed, the DTH installation is still pending and the Request ID is UP3W5NYVX. However, despite the request being raised, the installation has not yet been complete.please resolved immediately.

    @Airtel_Presence No internet service for three days now. Compaint registered with @airtelindia and without any action the ticket is closed as resolved. What a ridiculous setup. Contacted airtel call center three times and wasted almost an hour. No solution #patheticAirtel

    especially since Airtel has already discontinued its unlimited hotspot service. Airtel is one of the biggest fraud companies. @airtelindia , I want my answer: will my 5G service continue or not, and @TRAI what action are you taking aginst sach companies. (2/2)

    Previously I was paying 5000+ every month for various services of @airtelindia . Then I reduced it to 3600. Today I reduced it to 2800. Their services have turned pathetic. No way to resolve issues. No customer care. Worst service . @Airtel_Presence . Now I am about to make it 0

    Every alternate day I have to complaint for my wifi not working still @airtelindia doesn't give two shits about their customer . Please be clear with whether you want to improve your service or I should just change my service provider because we have got work to do everyday rather than complaining all day long and still seeing no response or concern from anyone @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel Thanks app is blocking my eSIM transfer request because I'm in the USA. Your WhatsApp support bot is stuck in a useless loop telling me to use the app that doesn't work. I am trapped. Send a human to DM me to fix this eSIM issue immediately.

    @airtelindia disappointment with service in my area. Whenever there is a power cut, the network quality deteriorates significantly or becomes unavailable altogether. The most frustrating part is that there seems to be no responsible person to ensure that the backup generator1/2
