    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Last night I connected with one of your executives regarding airtel extrem wifi connection.I selected one plan and he proceeded with the process and did payment. He said, the connection will be made by 11 am. No any technician connected yet. #help

    @airtelindia at least give a way to talk to customer support for immediate resolution your IVR of 198 is useless, Airtel thanks app too doesn’t have any feature to talk to an agent, im really frustrated now that all of a sudden my sim service is not there in time of emergency.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence my sim not working for last 4 days... Postpaid office not present in my city so went to Jaipur to get the sim replaced. The new not activated even after 24 hours. Lowest level of service.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia almost one month and no resolution. Can I expect a resolution anytime soon. Everytime I see a Airtel 5G ad I get frustrated. Stop lying. Improve your service.
