    @airtelindia Why ask for preferred language if you don’t follow it? I always choose English, yet I’m often put through to Hindi-speaking agents. I can speak Hindi, but not well enough to explain some issues.

    Dear @airtelindia @cmrlofficial, Poor Call, Data quality & call drops are rampant for #Airtel subscribers between Chennai Central and Koyambedu Metro stations in Chennai. You claimed this was resolved long ago but still the network is extremely poor in the tunnels. Pls fix ASAP!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Customer service has become horrible, the bot is absolutely useless and then you have no option to connect any other ways if bot doesn’t understand the issues. Query raised get resolved status without any communication or any actual resolution
