@airtelindia moved from Airtel black to normal connection. The chosen plan has 200Mbps speed but area doesn't support it . Was given a waiver with black but asked to pay full amount ie 200Mbps plan amount despite my area supporting 40Mbps only.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia You are cheating people and you are making fraud in the name of Airtel Black. It has been over 17 hrs no broadband. Even after raising complaint no one cares. 15 hrs back your tech, Ali Mondal called me saying reaching in 1 hr and never came.
