    @airtelindia your ground staff are completely unmotivated, lethargic & indifferent to customer issues. All they care about is “happy code” de do. Your 5G routers have 4 feet connectivity power still you have forcefully changed the connections to “Xtream”. U want to lose to Jio.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews taken a broadband connection 15 days back and since last 5 days facing network fluctuation issue. So many complaints raised multiple calls received from your team but no resolution yet. Pathetic service ever seen

    Hey @airtelindia your srilankan team cannot be more sloppy and ineffective. Worse service I have encountered. How can a service request can closed without a solution? For one month I'm trying to solve a reload issue. 3 customer care calls, 3 complaints through the app. -1/2
