    One of the worst service by @airtelindia . I've raised a request for wifi issue and till now there is no response from airtel team. I've called airtel customer care 6 times and every time it's the same update that they'll assign a techincian in 4hours. no one is assigned untilnow

    @airtelindia international roaming pack for 10 days got activated without my consent and charged to my postpaid bill. I called customer care and raised multiple complaints and the backend team is closing them without any reason or resolution. Please resolve this

    @Airtel_Presence It's been the 3rd time in the last 3 months, @airtelindia wi-fi connection getting disconnected. As internet cables are tied on eb poles, wireman disconnects airtel internet wires. This incident gets repeated in Dindigul, TN. Connectivity sucks @airtelindia worst

    @airtelindia Your Wi-Fi sucks … in the last month it was done roughly for 4 days and it’s down again today the worst part is not outage… there is no way to reach out to customer support to talk with a human If we want to raise a complaint in app on outage you won’t allow
