    @airtelindia why was my Broadband connection disconnected and now your executive says it will take 7 days for reconnection. 1. On 23rd I raised the complaint for disconnection. 2. On 24th I get call from your executive and have a discussion with him regarding the issue.

    @JioCare I am on 2 SIM family postpaid plan with @airtelindia however they haven't launched 4G+ services in my area yet and network speeds aren't great either. What is this procedure to port and what 2 SIM postpaid family plans do u have available.

    @airtelindia I have karte black plan and want to link existing xtream fiber to it but customer care said take new connection instead of it ? Why ? This is not expected to ask new connection even if both link to same number
