    We have the same network of Airtel in the evening as the sunlight is in the evening and things are going on to bring 5G and the netpack is so expensive, don't ask. So please tell me @airtelindia about your 4G service. We have to do something or @Airtel_Presence you do something??

    @airtelindia In our Banapuram Village (507169), your network servises are appreciated. However, when there is power failure, we are not even getting Signal to make a phone call. The network is getting disconnected completely. There are many people, working from Home. Plz help.

    @airtelindia why do you call yourself "The smartphone network" when you can't enable my VoLTE services? It has been 12 days since I have replaced my sim with a new one and still I can't use VoLTE. I have complained 3-4 times to customer care but no response. Reply asap.

    @airtelindia 2/2: next day, my calls are unanswered/I’m informed that he has other priorities & that nothing happens to the cable!! Means it can continue hanging across the kitchen? This is how a job is done/a customer is treated? No further response!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia outages are increasing at daily level. With DTH being replaced by streaming, downtime is a major issue. With lockdown and spending more time indoors should I look for options? Horrible experiences esp in last 2 months!
