@airtelindia That's good... i have to do minimum rs.129 recharge to use upi services with my airtel number....but sorry to say i have to go with other operator due to your **** policy. I think this way you will loose good customers who trust you.

@Airtel_Presence if you don't want to work in resolving a complaint than please don't make an excuse saying can't hear , voice is breaking etc as I use airtel mobile , landline and broadband any quality issues reflect on your service . If you can't resolve an issue @airtelindia

Can anybody please tell me how to connect to @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia customer service? At my wit's end how to cross mountain of chatbot and statutory replies saying they 'are looking into the matter' against 'no net connection' complain. So much for #airtel_cares
