  @Airtel_Presence @JioCare Compared to @airtelindia the service experience is extremely disappointing. SR00003849SR is still unresolved and your team keeps giving false updates. No technician visited and no one is helping. Thinking to switch to Airtel due to this poor support.

  @airtelindia @jagograhakjago I spoke with customer service again, and now they're saying the “unlimited” plan has a 300 GB limit. They only started reading the terms and conditions after the issue occurred. Nothing about this limit was disclosed when I purchased the plan.

  @TRAI @JioCare @airtelindia raised a JioFiber relocation request on 8th June and have been following up ever since, yet there has been no resolution. Ironically, when I submitted an inquiry for a new connection, I received a call from Jio within minutes to help me proceed. (2/3)
