When my brother showed them the screenshot of tweets, they said their servers are down and asked to come back in 2-3 hours

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia such a weired act by airtel brodband. I raised complaint for broadband service and time alloted was of tomorrow but enginnee changed the visit time by himself without informing. If this so then take your connection back and refund me the remaing amt.

    @airtelindia Paise pure lete ho, or expire hone 10 din pahle wifi plan band ho jata hai customer care main phone lgao toh 24 hour main thik ho jayega bolte h or 10 din pure ho jaaye toh fir bolte h aapka plan expire ho gya , ye kya baat hui?

    @airtelindia when I spoke with customers support they are not giving any resolution they are keeping the call on hold and saying we will forward to escalation team there is no resolution for the issue

    @airtelindia it's been more than 3 months no action has been taken on this particular incident. Many residents like us in the Munnekolal area of Bengaluru face this problem of improper signal inside the residential premises. Kindly request to take Swift action on this.

    @airtelindia i raised a service request about shifting of wifi connection on 31st dec 2022. today is 4rth of january 2023, the shifting request is still pending and here we suffering with internet problem. Whenever i calle to your customer they said wait till the end of the day.
