    @airtelindia In the same one plan and one customer care ,could not get reach to right customer executive any time ..for example neither service upgrade request nor disconnection request could go through. No customer loyalty only new sales ..

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia your network sucks. Raised multiple complains. Always receive a call once port request is generated. Lot of promises only no action.

    @airtelindia One of my airtel number has been blocked by the company without any reason. Sudden shutdown of active number without any reason. I am getting it ported in my family's 13 airtel number. And I will also take legal action for this. Very bad experience with airtel.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i just want to let you guys know that i wont use use ur broadband services from next month, the reason is your enginner, I keep calling him he just picks his call once and after I complain about no internet service, he stops picking the call

    @airtelindia Airtel Xtreme Fibre installation was done yesterday and activation today.. Internet was available only for half an hour after activation today .. on contacting installation personnel they say it’s back end problem … Not good first impression
