    @deathmakercs @airtelindia Had the same issue 2 days back, they told me it was tower issue and kept telling me to wait 3-4 hrs so that they can resolve the issue. First of all their services are ****, I get 60 ping in Mumbai server from karnataka whereas jio wifi gives 25-30 ping, hopeless service.

    @airtelindia Dear Airtel India, This is so unfortunate that a wifi connection is installed 2 weeks back have malfunctioned twice. Moreover, the response from your team and customer care is so disgusting to say the list. You may be number 1 telecom operator but your wifi is ****.

    @airtelindia problem regarding airtel fiber. Complaint lodged 2 days ago but no engineer visit yet. Very unprofessional .

    On one hand @JioCare is providing worst service for jio AirFiber. On the other hand, @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia isn't installing the Airtel AirFiber, it's been due from 10 days almost. I'm tired of the worst duopoly.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Bringing into your notice again, getting spam calls on landline that connection will be deactivated within 2 hours. and asks to press 9 to connect to customer care.

    Hi @airtelindia, is there any way I can connect with a human for customer support? As I have been trying to get through your CHATBOT for a long time and it is not able to understand my concern related to recent wifi bill. @Airtel_Presence Expecting a human response here.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Called Customer Care. Executive Rajnish not interested in deputing Technician to resolve WiFi low speed issue. Why ? Doing DM for details.

    @Airtel_Presence .@airtelindia after months of follow-ups since Oct 2025, DTH has finally been disconnected. Hwever, I ws billed the entire time despite repeated requests n tickets being closed without resolution. Expecting FULL refund of charges. Please confirm timeline. #Airtel #CustomerRights
