    @airtelindia 's Customer Care leaves a lot to be desired!!! I had reported an issue on 23rd August 2021 via Email, & the same shows as closed on the Airtel Thanks app. I have furnished all the relevent details over email to the team, & even followed-up,

    Today I was recharged rs.19 for 200mb data 2 days validity but till now it's not added I was compliant Airtel thanks app no response I tried 5 time or more then but no use. I was recharged 7 pm but 11.30. 121 care also very bad. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI

    @airtelindia Horrible and fraudulent customer service. Been calling daily for raising a complaint against illegally activating and changing DTH plan and deducting account balnce. No response provided. Your 24 hrs never seem to end. Will now go to consumer court for fraudulent practices.
