    @MCA21India @airtelindia @airtelnews this big multinational thinks it is below their level to respond to a customer who wants to use their services. After payment, they are not providing service nor responding to my requests. They know ministry won't do anything to them.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia , Is there any update on the issue? It's been 3 days the issue has not been resolved. The only assurance I get is we are looking into it without any timeline. Feel it would be better to move from Airtel as we do not even where the problem is.

    Shameful tactics by @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence! Falsely claiming number 8307111100 is removed from the family plan, but deliberately blocking backend deconsolidation so I can't PORT out. Visited store on 9th July. NCH Complaint filed. Stop harassing customers! @TRAI

    @airtelindia I'm an Airtel Black customer and have been trying to get a billing issue resolved since 28 Jul. SRs: • 4514101846 (28 Jul) • 31-1000015266840 (1 Aug) • 4514480655 (3 Aug) Each time I was assured the billing correction/waiver would be processed. Nothing happened.

    There is widespread internet disruption in my village. This is what digital devide looks like, if it were in urban areas, network issue would have been fixed within 2-3 hour but since it is a rural area no one is paying attention to it. @JioCare @airtelindia @TRAI

    @airtelindia I would like to suggest Airtel if you are providing such sub-standard network then port my number to the best network service provider from your end and accept you can't provide better service to the prepaid customers change your business style otherwise....

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Unlimited 5G not working for me since last month, it was working before, reported this issue in customer care 5-6 times, but no help yet. Each time they are saying we took feedback and it will resolved soon. This is pathetic for taking 1 year plan.
