Abdur Rahman عبدالرحمٰن (@sibbu89) reported@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence There is no proper option to speak to customer care, and there is no billing relief for the period when your service remains unavailable. If the connection is not working for 24 hours, why should customers pay the full bill for a service they did not receive?
-
🇮🇳Ashish🇮🇳 (@sarodeab) reported@IndianTechGuide The network was down for full working day today at Santacruz Mumbai. @airtelindia should refund one day bill. The greedy owner just wants to increase ARPU without improving basic service.

Kaizaad Banaji . Zero Bias Tech (@KaizaadBanaji26) reportedAirtel's ₹2249 plan is nothing short of outrageous. For that kind of money, users expect either unlimited 4G/5G data or validity that scales with the price. Instead, Airtel delivers a plan that feels bloated in cost but starved in value. Look at the existing data packs: 1 ₹200 → 30 GB + OTTs for 28 days 2.₹279 → 30 GB + 19 OTT apps for 30 days 3.₹361 → 50 GB for 30 days 4.Even smaller packs like ₹33 (2 GB/day), ₹49 (unlimited for one day), or ₹100 (6 GB + Hotstar for a month) tie their data benefits directly to the validity period. That’s the baseline: data aligned with validity. Airtel’s ₹2249 plan ignores this principle completely. It doesn’t offer unlimited 4G or 5G, nor does it extend validity in proportion to the price. It’s essentially charging flagship money for mid‑range treatment. The result? A plan that doesn’t do justice at all not to the validity, not to the data, and certainly not to the customer. Airtel needs to stop hiding behind “premium” branding and start delivering actual value. Until then, ₹2249 stands as a monument to misplaced confidence and broken logic in telecom pricing. @airtelindia

Tamil⬛ (@Tamil1947) reported@Parasuraman_TN @airtelindia They have always been taking customers for granted in every segment of service.

Sathwik Rapelli (@RapelliSathwik) reported@Zentrix05 @airtelindia 5G is a fraud. I recharged with the 399 unlimited plan in a 5G-covered area, but I do not get unlimited 5G. When I complained, they said the issue was resolved, but it was never fixed. When I visited the store, they simply told me to switch to a postpaid connection to get 5g

😎 (@GFA013) reported@jagograhakjago - no response from @airtelindia they charge for wifi and there wifi is down for 3 continuous days saying it's under maintenance, but no one in airtel office knows that. This is the issue for many such airtel users we pay and half the month there will be 0 network

Asim Pan (@akp1966) reported@airtelindia Pathetic service. Taken WIFI service on 27 July.Paid Rs 500 on 2nd Aug for IPTV connection. Was assured within 24-48 hrs will get connection but even after 10 days nothing happened. Worst service. Nobody bothered to respond

RAKESH (@rakesh__gurrapu) reported@IndianTechGuide @airtelindia another price hike? 😟Just wondering—could the network coverage also get a similar upgrade? Still dealing with call drops and “No Service” moments in Hyderabad. 📶 Maybe the next hike can come with a network signal upgrade included? 😠

Ananya (@blessings_soul) reportedI've been using Airtel Postpaid for 5+ years and Airtel Black for around 2 years. @airtelindia promised priority service for Postpaid users, but I keep getting the same "fast lane" experience. I pay ₹2.5K+ every month, yet my 100 Mbps Wi-Fi often struggles to cross 40–50 Mbps. At night, it sometimes disconnects completely, forcing me to switch to Jio. At this point, is it finally time to switch to @reliancejio ?

Sumit 🇮🇳 (@8_sumitgulati) reported@airtelindia My internet is down, and have already raised a complaint. However, the resolution date given is 14 Aug, which is 2 days away. This is extremely inconvenient, as I need a working internet connection urgently. Please look into this and resolve the issue at the earliest
