@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence most of the AirtelCC executives don’t even have common sense and it takes longer time to make them understand 50% of our issues. It is surprising how @Airtel_Presence hand pick such executives.And now for each issues they seek 15days time to resolve

@ViCustomerCare Why cant a prepaid user switch to esim , when all the other service providers like jio and airtel are allowing prepaid esim. Im a Voda customer from the beginning . Wanted an esim but i guess i have to go to airtel . @airtelindia
