    @airtelindia @RBI @airtelnews #airtel Your fraud customer care do not respond keep sending auto-mails asking same questions. The social media team keeps calling 20 times per day with no updates just to tell me they are looking into it after asking me my personal info everytime.

    @Airtel_Presence The issue still persists.. And not a single person has come home to address it.. If a customer who's with you for more than 5 yrs and pay a 4K bill month on month is treated this way, I don't think you deserve such customers.. @airtelindia @airtelnews

    @GSozqpRkjjs2SIc @airtelindia @VittalGopal Reading saddens me. In cosmopolitan cities Airtel speed is so low and buffers a lot. However Airtel claims fastest network speed and even ready for 5G network. Service is pathetic and any amount complaint you will get only assurances without any action

    @airtelindia is there any way through which someone can connect your customer care executive... Machines don't answer everything what a pathetic IVR.. struggling since yestdy for conversion from physical sim to esim can someone connect and help to resolve?
