@airtelindia you guys boast about zero complaints but in reality the network is very very bad. For the name sake its 4G but it doesn't even reach 2G speed. Jus the speed name changed not the speed.

@airtelindia Iam a airtel user and in my area the network of airtel is very poor they showing their add and all very fast internet connection. But we facing a lots of issues in this area thakur village Kandivali East Mumbai. I have put complaints many times but they are not taking any action.

A simple request on @airtelindia like updating your email is impossible. They have 3+ places to change it, and none of them work: not the mobile app, or the web, or even the SMS service. And the customer support is unreachable.
