@airtelindia you guys boast about zero complaints but in reality the network is very very bad. For the name sake its 4G but it doesn't even reach 2G speed. Jus the speed name changed not the speed.

I am forced to disconnect the connection. In such cases, is it justified to not refund the amount for the 2 months from the day of disconnection of the service? Not a good experience for a customer who also has been availing your postpaid connection from 2016. @airtelindia
