  @airtelindia you guys boast about zero complaints but in reality the network is very very bad. For the name sake its 4G but it doesn't even reach 2G speed. Jus the speed name changed not the speed.

  @airtelindia @TRAI Airtel India has the worst customer service in the world, Even poor countries telecom companies have better services than Airtel, they will not attend any call or respond on your complaint, I am going to disconnect all Airtel services.

  Very disappointed with Airtel's poor service. Despite raising multiple complaints regarding my router issue, there has been no proper action or resolution from the support team. Customers should not have to follow up for basic service support repeatedly. @airtelindia

  Requested an Airtel Wi-Fi connection shift while moving to a new place. It’s been almost a week now with no internet, endless AI bot loops, and customer care saying “we’re checking it” every single day. Still being charged for a service I literally cannot use @airtelindia

  When Airtel came to Goa , the started luring customers with offers and trying to create a monopoly from regional Ethernet provider. Last 2 months, showed the true colour. Wi-Fi is almost down every third day and no proper customer service @airtelindia

  @airtelindia If I recharge with your unlimited plan, the internet barely works properly. And once the recharge expires, even OTPs stop coming. So neither the network service works properly, nor basic OTP access is available after expiry yr.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews I don't know how many times I need to raise a complaint to get anything new. I ordered WiFi extender but no clue about the status. Really pathetic you are. Nothing about engineer when they will install.

  @airtelindia No response after sharing screenshots. My SIM is still showing "No service" in UAE and not detecting any network. This is extremely urgent. Please escalate immediately and fix this issue. @Airtel_Presence @
