@airtelindia you guys boast about zero complaints but in reality the network is very very bad. For the name sake its 4G but it doesn't even reach 2G speed. Jus the speed name changed not the speed.

Airtel broadband service is worst. Neither responding nor resolving the issue of shifting my connection since two month. Evan they are unable to give a reason for delay. Recommendation to everyone, choose other provider over Airtel. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia #Airtel #thugsofindia the worst customer service as you can say no customer service at all before they were deducting rs.45 per month now they are asking for rs.99 per month which is also not auto debiting as I have recharged for rs.1300 approximately which is lying with them

@airtelindia Honorable For the last two days there is no network on my SIM card, nor am I able to receive calls, nor am I able to call anyone, SMS facility is also closed, while the validity is till 6 February, Kindly solve this problem soon.
