    @airtelindia you guys boast about zero complaints but in reality the network is very very bad. For the name sake its 4G but it doesn't even reach 2G speed. Jus the speed name changed not the speed.

    I faced network down of my Airtel sim 3 times and I took replacement and it costs me 200/- for every replacement this type of problems is not at all fair and recharge plans are so high..! It's better to change sim portal to another one. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtable

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am facing call dropping and not dialing any number since last 30 days. I have also complained on Airtel App on 01.05.22 but no response from your company which give advertisements of best network coverage. It is lack of services to your customers.

    @airtelindia Raised an issue regarding my bill. Was charged extra. Got 4 calls, asking what the issue was and now its marked as resolved with no action taken! Complaint No. 31-4024603248991. To add to it I was asked to pay or give late fee. What kind of customer support is this?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Don't you guys check the connection feasibility before asking the customer to pay for the connection ? Well, IDK your process but I have been waiting from past 3 days just to get my connection.
