@airtelindia you guys boast about zero complaints but in reality the network is very very bad. For the name sake its 4G but it doesn't even reach 2G speed. Jus the speed name changed not the speed.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence We are facing network issue in Dharwad (Karnatak University Campus)-580003, Karnataka since from one month. Customer care didn't respond properly. They disconnect call without listening to the issue. This is how @airtelindia treat their customers.

Your customer service team is asking me to book tickets and travel back to my home circle first. Then I need to visit an airtel store there to get it done. Hats off to your stupidity.
