@airtelindia you guys boast about zero complaints but in reality the network is very very bad. For the name sake its 4G but it doesn't even reach 2G speed. Jus the speed name changed not the speed.

(1/2) @airtelindia because of lack of knowledge of your agent, he misguided me in choosing a broadband AND DTH plan. After making the payment and BB connection now he is telling DTH pack can't be added in yours.. And your customer care agents are telling they can't change

Calling customer care they will take the side of the employee stating that sir it is only two days. He will install it. When I told to plz shut my service she told that our executive will call and give back your refunds. Till now no refunds or installation. @airtelindia
