I am a airtel user from last 8 years but the customer service of airtel is now not good i am complaint about internet issue and speed of network from last 8 9 months but they don't solve my problem and on TV ad they show best network of india. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@safvanbakrawala @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I suggest NOT to keep even a MORSEL OF HOPE with Airtel Support as they just correspond with their usual Sorry phrases and Close the Service Request silently. I had raised 103 requests in the last 6 months, to NO avail. Be an informed Subscriber!

Hi @airtelindia hope so you’re able to enjoy seem less experience of your Airtel fibre but I’m not able to do that from the past 6 months. Numerous complaints, numerous technicians visiting our home in this Covid scare and the issue still not resolved. #airtel #NoInternet

Anyone who is willing to switch to Airtel Please don't. I am an Airtel user, from last 1 month my net suddenly vanishes or my speed decrease up to 2 mbps. I have complained several times but no one is taking action.I will also soon switch to different network @airtelindia
