Complaint 31-1000014630922 was closed as "resolved" without fixing it. Is this how Airtel treats postpaid customers? Stop closing complaints falsely and resolve this now.

I raised a complaint at 8:41 AM that day, but no service engineer has contacted me despite multiple follow-ups and an escalation. I was assured someone would call by end of day (7 PM). No one did. The next day, I was again asked to wait. When I requested a billing waiver for the outage, I was told to call back after the bill is generated to request it. It’s disappointing that customers have to repeatedly chase support for both service restoration and billing corrections. In an age where so much is automated, why should customers spend their time making multiple calls for an issue that wasn’t caused by them? Can someone please take ownership, have this issue resolved urgently, and ensure the billing adjustment is processed without requiring further follow-ups? Please ping me here for my account details

Nikhil (@inotphone) reported@airtelindia why don't you allow esim to physical conversion. I got a new phone & you've made it impossible to move esim from old Android phone to new Android one. Your customer support has no idea how to. They send link which gives up on Airtel app saying something went wrong.
