    I am a airtel user from last 8 years but the customer service of airtel is now not good i am complaint about internet issue and speed of network from last 8 9 months but they don't solve my problem and on TV ad they show best network of india. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Airtel roaming billing issue: A one-day roaming pack meant for my wife was wrongly activated on my number while I was abroad using a local SIM. Despite multiple requests, a ₹1500 billing cap was not enforced and bill generated for ~₹25K.@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It’s been 5+ days and my Airtel Black bundling request is still stuck with “Order Delay” and “in-progress” status. My airtel number is yet to be bundled with my landline, and multiple/duplicate requests have been created without any resolution.

    @Airtel_Presence "ID 31-1000013314626 is showing a resolution date of 10th May. This is UNACCEPTABLE for a 5G+ Premium service. Also, my fresh complaint from 27th April is missing from the portal. Are you merging tickets to hide your failure? 12 days to fix a speed issue is a joke. @airtelindia
