    I am a airtel user from last 8 years but the customer service of airtel is now not good i am complaint about internet issue and speed of network from last 8 9 months but they don't solve my problem and on TV ad they show best network of india. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Worst service and customer support Bad From 1 month , I'm complaining for call and network issue .No resolution,Even after paying 1900 bill monthly .No use of black plan.Worst customer support,who are closing complain without any resolution.I'll file a case in consumer court.

    Hey @airtelindia , you are epitome of unprofessional behavior. I bought airtel wifi + DTH connection in first week of Dec. My DTH demo never happened. I still don't understand how to pair your stupid remote in bluetooth mode. And on top of it, I didn't even get remote out of box.

    @airtelindia A company that talks 5G doesnt even have a proper customer service application. Sent a mail with a ticket number & CS wants to know the mobile number. Shouldnt the ticket number be enough? Shifting BB takes more than 36 hrs. Local cablewala promises it in few hrs !
