I am a airtel user from last 8 years but the customer service of airtel is now not good i am complaint about internet issue and speed of network from last 8 9 months but they don't solve my problem and on TV ad they show best network of india. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia Broadband is not working in my area since day before yesterday. Complaining again & again but not resolved. Yesterday customer care support replied that they cannot help. What kind of service is this. I’m paying for 6 months plan & not getting proper connection.

@airtelindia My internet suddenly stop working from yesterday noon around 2pm.Already raised a complaint, tried customer service multiple times still didn't get it solved.they ware saying it will get solved by 17th August. Not expected this from @airtelindia
