    You go for change of defective Sim @airtelindia store. They charge you Rs 50. Only mode of payment is cash. No receipt is also issued. Why is it so. Is SIM change accounted in cash only by company ? @AshwiniVaishnaw @nsitharaman I have no experience with other service providers

    Yo @airtelindia it seems you’ve trained your employees for all kinds of answers but zero service. You don’t accept documents from DigiLocker for EXISTING CUSTOMERS. You won’t accept a print out, you need an original physical copy. Customer service, -7 out of 10.

    Worst experience by @airtelindia as I called to Customer Care for the update you know what they said to me that call us on 27 april as we’re working for PAN India so it will take time. I think Airtel have few advisors only we’ve to wait long for update

    @airtelindia Worst Service Resolution ever provided to my account number 10155307. I have been asking for Fiber Connection conversion for over 45 days now!! Every time I re-raise a concern all I get is sir please hand us 24 hours!!
