@airtelindia Worst experience from airtel broadband . From past 5 days i tried to call airtel customer care for my broadband connection that was not working but no answer from your side. Infact there is no callback request or direct calling option in your app to customer care . Shame airtel .

Hi, @Airtel_Presence, stop @airtelindia from flooding my inbox with spam, all day, every day! On complaining, I’m told the problem is resolved, followed by spam. There’s no way to block these. I have postpaid, do I need to pay extra for this harassment to stop? @airtelnews

@airtelindia since the only thing you have as a customer care response is there is a back end issue I hope it’s better if you guys shut it down, and directly help your customers in porting to other networks since you neither care about service nor about customers.

@airtelindia My airtel DTH box suddenly stopped working, I called customer care and engineer visited my house and he said that, you need a new box and it will charge more. Then the customer care person called and was saying your entire wiring would be changed. PLS HELP.

@airtelindia You people are not able to even provide 4G data speed after so many follow-ups.. Don't make fake promises of 5G.. Correct your 4G data speed first which is working even worst than 2G.
