@airtelindia this how airtel cares 8 Service requests raised 20 + SMS messages on their service engineer visit 3 visits to their Airtel outlet where the manager is too busy to talk N calls to the customer care All within a span of 15 days But broadband is yet to work. Shame

@airtelindia hi .... I endorse Airtel service as the best in india and that's why I always have a connection with you. But I haven't made a call for 1 week because o/g calls are bared in my Airtel number and still you are checking it. Even the BSNL would have solved it by now.

@airtelindia @airtelnews When Technician visited I have requested for change my modem but your executive responsible for modem change request was so arrogant that he didn't ready to talk to customer . He cut the phone while I was requesting him for modem change. He told me to trouble one more day.
