    @airtelindia Changed my Plano Broadband connection in July with 12 months prepayment , plan not changed and the old bill amount is deducted from prepaid amount, called your call centre numerous times , nothing happening, it’s fraud and very bad service

    @airtelindia Hi, I guess as of now Internet issue is resolved , if there is any problem it is intermittent. But now there is a new challenge of caller tune, even though I have selected it, it’s not playing . Pls resolve at the earliest

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence made a quick scam in Jodhpur while approaching to customers for Landline services and took the advance for 6 months and they still not giving the services. As a customer I feel cheated as they fooling me since Aug'20 to till now for Landline.

    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence my phone number which was transferred to Airtel from Docomo due to shutdown was terminated couple of months back. Now it's not available on your system and the store cannot get it back as it's not released. Pls help !!
