They will tell you at last that your sim is faulty and change sim at your own cost. Jabki sim ka issue hai hi nahi.. Issue is with their network coverage which is so detoeriated now.. We regret to inform you that your area is currently not feasible. Therefore, we will be closing the request raised by you. For additional assistance, please contact us at 121. It is strange that Airtel is not able to provide Services of Wi-Fi and DTH at Alipore, Kolkata. Airtel need to work on putting up optics fibre or Booster to make connectivity and services available.
