    @airtelindia I am having an awesome customer care exp. I have requested for broad band Internet bill plan change on 18 August 2022, more than 48 hours (and counting), with advance payment made & multiple follow up from my end, the customer service continues to sleep.

    Hey @airtelindia I reached my dad’s phone with ₹100/- but he didn’t received outgoing even after receiving talk time of ₹81.75/- Now when I checked what is the problem I got to know that I have mistakenly recharged the phone with a wrong plan, which was discontinued. (1/1)

    @airtelindia Dear Airtel, we are using your broadband connection. Our office address is situated in Sector 63. Our connection has not worked for the last 3 hours. We raised a complaint and an engineer was assigned to us. I called him more than 30 times but he did not pick my call

    @Prashan67948842 @airtelindia Nothing will happen.. They will tell you at last that your sim is faulty and change sim at your own cost. Jabki sim ka issue hai hi nahi.. Issue is with their network coverage which is so detoeriated now.. I am chasing them since 30NOV22 but no resolution

    @airtelindia @reliancejio @ViBusinessIndia pls confirm which has a better network in this location. Looking for port out. Have changed earlier from Airtel to Vodafone and both have failed miserably. Pathetic service. It's been a while but not sure if Airtel has improved anyway

Airtel should feel proud that despite lodging a complaint on social media the same is still not resolved. Is this the service provided by the leading telecom operator

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence so upset with airtel. Frm 18th May onwards I mfacing some major issues with my internet and network. Changed sim, made numerous calls to fix it and eventually requested to port out! Now instead of fixing issue, still askg me to stay back.#AirtelDown

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence You don’t cancel it immediately and ask for time to resolve ion a day . Post waiting you still don’t resolve and when I want to cancel you don’t allow me to cancel it immediately. You ask for more 48 hrs to cancel it . Why is there so much delay ???

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Worst service experience. broadband is down since 5:30 PM yesterday Called 121, promised resolution by 7:30 PM, but no engineer visit, no call, and issue still not resolved Kindly resolve this urgently and assign a competent engineer. #AirtelDown

    After Notifying the Wrong Recharge on the number, @airtelindia went forward by themselves and mark the issue as resolved without refund. Even in talk to us option chat bot ai didn't let me talk to agent. And same was with #customersupport Number. @Airtel_Presence #Airtel #Fraud

    Airtel is the worst WiFi, Fiver services in my area. If some issue then it is persistent not get reoalved for days and internet down for long. No one picking call, Some deepka guy he switched off his mobile itself. @airtelindia / @Airtel_Presence

    New scam from @airtelindia . took airtel broadband connection a year ago.. impressed with the service but when asked them to deactivate my connection, not a single resolution has been done.. waiting for two weeks.. please @airtelindia help please.. i won't pay a single extra peny

    . @airtelindia I raised a request for new fiber tv connection on 22 April 2026 and paid 500/- as well on the same day. I was told i will get a call within 4 hrs from backup team but no-one called. I called up 121 on 23rd and 24th April but no help yet.
