  @VodafoneIN I am using your network for calls but in roaming, the calls drops automatically within 1-2 mins. This happens everytime. Please solve this problem otherwise i will have to port to other networks. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

  @airtelindia You’re fast becoming the worst network ever. Your customer experience has gone for a toss. Shitty domestic network and a bad IR experience with jacked up charges is now forcing me to switch network after 17 years. Really sad & disappointing.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence - customer care disconnecting cls for Airtel Black Customer shows the level of "Lack of problem solving Attitude" the company follows. Thrice your executives disconnected the call when they couldn't resolve the query. Makes me wonder whether to stay!
