    @airtelindia tried so many times to talk to ur customer care.... Everytime I listen ur IVR menu n ask to talk to customer care, calls get disconnected.... Kindly do needful.... If possible ASAP

    @Airtel_Presence If you are constantly working to improve ur network how come it's been more than a year now. And we are getting same issue at our home. You cannot appoint a technician to visit and check the issue. Pls dont give me such replies. Pathetic service Airtel @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @TRAI @jagograhakjago airtel has pethetic email team. They don't read or revert to the customer properly. I have taken 1999 not to face such ediotic response from email team. And the best response from Customer care team is we are not email team. Services barred tnx

    @airtelindia 2020 is much better than the Airtel network now a days even this is bad in the Delhi NCR. So what we aspects in rural Areas. Now a days very poor network of Airtel even for platinum customers, mind it.

    @Airtel_Presence How hard it is for you guys to send someone and get the network checked inside the house and install a repeater or anything. Your future planning of Upgradation is going to take 4 5 years. You don't want to give a resolution. So just let it be. Pathetic service. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia, I recently got airtel black and there is billing issue. I have followed up with the call center & also mailed them but it's been more than 1.5 weeks. No one seems to care and explain why additional amount has been charged. I feel like it was mistake getting black.
