But now also with Airtel 4G i'm getting internet speed at an average of 20-30 kbps in my area. Do i have to port out from Airtel also. Do something, tilt your RF antenna or whatever. Please solve it.

The benefits were not activated despite successful payment. Airtel gave a resolution deadline of 12 Aug, 9:00 AM, but failed to meet it.

I understand that power outages can happen, but a service centre should ideally have a backup solution so that customers do not have to return without getting their work done.
