@Airtel_Presence Aren't you ashamed of giving such replies? For your kind information there is a whole tower inside the IIT Guwahati campus which belongs to @airtelindia (or so I know). Yet there is so bad 4G network! You are being paid by customers for this 💩 network?!

Why is it that incoming and outgoing calls are barred even when there is a validity of more than 70 days left?! Get back to me ASAP with a DM link so that I can share the number which is facing the problem @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Let me just ignore the bad network issues 😑

@airtelindia innumerable complaints on the Airtel Thanks app since November, where the open SRs gets moved to Closed SRs without a change in my internet issues or any contact from your side, now the issue has upgraded call drop and voice cracking. Have you guys given up on life?

@Airtel_Presence Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I had been given a time till 23rd Feb to solve the network issue. Today is 27th and I am still facing network issues and "E" or "H+" in the name of 4G. Do you want customers to port to a different network? Your service is and will be worthless!!
