    No internet since yesterday evening. Tried to contact customer care at 01144444121, but after entering the Airtel no. as asked by the pre recorded voice all I m getting to hear is ur Caller tune. The tune repeated 5 or 6 times but nobody answered. Very poor service @airtelindia

    @airtelindia innumerable complaints on the Airtel Thanks app since November, where the open SRs gets moved to Closed SRs without a change in my internet issues or any contact from your side, now the issue has upgraded call drop and voice cracking. Have you guys given up on life?

    @airtelindia #airtelthanks Need to remove some channels & VAS & add some others. No option to remove channel. Also, the ones I added, still not able to view them.I called customer care but no response. Everybody here is working remotely. Please address my concerns quickly.

    @airtelindia what is the problem with your Airtel Thanks app, today suddenly my handset occured problem like auto restart and after getting information from source I uninstalled it & my handset issue got resolved. Really very disappointed.

    @airtelindia a brand I used to trust seems to lie at every step on their words. While opting for Black services I was committed so many things but eventually they all turned a big lie. Even customer care changes their words with every call. Really upset with the brand

    Truely disappointed with Airtel Xstream Fiber connection its shows low signal / Signal Error / Continuous blink LOS button in Red Colour... Its not the most reliable Wifi Broadband & it happens 3 to 4 times a month which is pathetic @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia #AirtelFibre

    Got Airtel Wi-Fi on 11 March with a 3-month plan, and the connection was suddenly cut on 28 April without any notice. No network, no update,no support You claim to be the best, but this is honestly the worst service experience. Fix this immediately. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Hi Airtel Today is April 29th the deadline provided for resolving my complaint Reference No 31-1000013330053 yet absolutely nothing has been done to fix the issue It is unacceptable that I am still unable to access the Hello Tunes service that I pay.
