My fiber wire was disconnected by your team, and I have had no Wi-Fi for almost 7 days despite paying for the service. SR: 11036972268 Stop giving new dates. Reconnect my connection immediately and compensate/extend my validity for the outage period. This is unacceptable service.

It is particularly difficult when the installation is at the residence of aged people.
