    @airtelindia You must be joking, I have been making repeated complaints, your guys come just shake some cable, tell it's ok, ask for happy code to close the complainant, as soon as they go, the same problem again! TRAI should ban them from taking new customers until they have capabilities.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia failed to resolve a simple SMS issues even after 1 month and so many followups. Their customer care team are so useless. @ViCustomerCare kindly see if you can arrange MNP. They need to learn how to treat customer well from you.
