    In PIN-721432 @airtelindia is not working.Always showing E. Even when 4G call is not going or coming. Network speed is less than 2G. In this era where you are promoting 5G make sure every place gets proper 4G connection. This is really unacceptable.Shame.

    Hello @airtelindia i booked a sim 2 days back a prepaid sim and i completed the payment of rs 349 and after when i done kyc everytime at the last step no otp recieved and i tried many times and now if am not getting support i am moving to consumer court by today evening.

    @airtelindia As a loyal customer, this is not acceptable. Attempted a recharge on your app, payments deducted multiple times, but no recharge credited. Your automated bots are broken and offer no help. You deserve to do better customer service than this. Help. #CustomerService

    Hello @airtelindia For 4 days, I’ve reported my non-working Wi-Fi twice daily. Support keeps promising escalation, yet no technician has visited or called. My last support call was for 1 hr. Unresolved service with zero follow-up is unacceptable. Please fix this immediately.

    Worse service provider in India goes to Airtel.. can't even I can contact with customer service representatives with my problem. After recharge I am not able use internet. And they are providing 5G internet to India.. better port to some other service providers. @airtelindia
