Democratic Guy (@DipDemocrat) reported@airtelindia I’ve been repeatedly reporting serious network issues since mid-April through 198, but there has been no resolution yet. At my location in Newtown, Kolkata, full 4G/5G signal shows, but during calls VoLTE drops, voice breaks/no audio, and mobile data stops working. This happens on every call and even outside my building. Being a postpaid customer, this level of service is disappointing. If this continues unresolved, I will have no option but to port out.
