@airtelindia issue is still not resolved after multiple calls, complaints. Experiencing very worst service, if the postpaid customer is facing this much issue think about how worst for prepaid customers. .. no support from Airtel 👎👎👎👎😡

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Being an Airtel customer for the last 17yrs all of sudden my SIM stopped working. I went to change sim card to the store in Leh as advised by your customer care, but I was denied a SIM because I'm a postpaid customer. Very disappointed!!!

@airtelindia I raised complaint and was told my sim is 2G and not compatible. Went to store they told it is 4G already. What kind of jugaad technology and misleading responses. And CRM is non responsive. Please consider , it is word of mouth marktng age
