    @airtelindia Hello Sir/ Madam, I am in USA. My secondary mobile no. is India no. with eSIM from Airtel on which there is NO CONNECTION since last 3 weeks. It says "No Service". Your team is NOT able to resolve it, hence I am not getting OTP and not able to make payments. Pls help

    Compare this to an instance where my mobile was stolen, @airtelindia support was able to issue a new eSIM and activate all the services while I'm aboard. In fact, Airtel agent called me from India to solve the issue. #regret moving from @airtelindia to @JioCare.
