    @DrBhattAshutosh @airtelindia Mark my words, if you try to terminate the connection, they'll tell you that you have to pay for the month, even though you didn't have proper connection, in order to terminate the connection.

    Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia , I have Airtel BB already, tried to raise request for DTH to enter into Airtel Black several times from last few days, but request was not processed. Customer executives also not able to assist me on this.

    @airtelindia if anyone wants to test their patience try Airtel and try changing your broadband plans. Customer care would just repeat the standard phrases and then sales team will give you misguiding information.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence we had take new connections of airtel on 27 July of fixed landline & dth service I have to change my number to choice we had drop 7 email to airtel but no reply on email after that on 29 we had call on Tollfree number we had raised the complain.

    scam by @airtelindia in the name of SIM Change. Yesterday my existing SIM card stopped working, walked into Airtel Shop, happily told me that everything will be fine, just need to change your SIM, charges 50rs. Why any customer should pay for SIM Change of same operator? @TRAI
