    @airtelindia I'm genuine customer of yours since last 5 years using prepaid sim, airtel fibre and dth. Today because of some issue my SIM card stopped working. Went to gallery at circle office in Panvel Raigad. Such a pathetic staff. Denied to help & behaves so rudely

    @airtelindia Apalling customer service...your so called 'dedicated' relationship manager/supervisor is unable to get a simple DTH issue resolved through a span of three months!!! Tkt ID 70991528, 70970929, 70970716. Tweeting as a last resort before switching the provider.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence my 2 biggest regret is porting from jio to Airtel and doing yearly recharge on Airtel your ****** network doesn't work even where Vodafone is full worst network and false marketing and ads absolutely stupid i wish I had not made yearly recharge
